After driving 30 minutes in a snow blizzard, upon arrival I was informed the price will increase and my sweet innocent puppy can only be accommodated if I pay more. An additional $20 to be exact bringing the price to $70. The female owner is disrespectful and exhibits poor communication to customers. Based on her emotions she will charge you more than discussed and will make excuses as to why information wasn't communicated. So now, I'm forced to drive my dog back home (30 min out of the way to my next destination). This has been a huge inconvenience that could've been avoided if she would've notified me when we spoke earlier. Protect your dog and time. Avoid this location!!!

Christian ended up having to shave down my pup because of matting and tangles in his coat, but told me it's common with doodle puppies because of their coat transition. DONT GO HERE! I had…read morea bad experience taking my dog here. And he hasn't been the same since. We went to drop him off early, and they weren't open yet, which the sign said they should have open 30 mins prior. Finally an angry looking lady came up and opened the shop. We dropped him off for a bath, ears cleaning, nails, and teeth. Everything seemed fine when we picked him up and he was clean as a whistle. But after that since hes been home, he seems different, and even vicious at times. He has never snapped or bitten my two young children, and is a very tame, well mannered dog. My son and I both noticed it immediately. Ever since hes gotten back, he wont let us pet him and is very tempermental, and cowers wen we do try to pet him. He has now snapped and tried to bite both myself and my son, and like I mentioned before, he wont let us pet him, especially his head and rear belly area. He seems distant and uninterested in regular daily activities we've done with him before, mostly his toys. I'm not sure what happened while he was there, but I have a feeling he may have somehow gotten hurt. He has had the typical signs of an injury, (panting, aggression when touched, and licking of the area) All in all I would not recommend this place. I hope my pup gets back to normal and that others don't have the same experience we did. They did a nice job at cleaning, but I feel like something more happened. Maybe we just caught that lady on a bad day, but that's no right to take it out on a poor pup.

He is always super soft and got a super cute bandana on. Sometimes if they are busy then they take longer but I don't mind since I use that time to wash all my pup's beds and blankets and more. They don't use paw care anymore. Make sure to do that or they get busy and can't take the pet in.
