I had a really disappointing experience at this UPS location. Instead of simply assisting me or asking me to give him a couple of minutes, he started going back and forth with me from behind the counter, raised his voice, and told me to use the self-service area. He then made a comment that he refuses to help people who "question him" or have an attitude with him. That response was completely unnecessary. I was simply asking for assistance with something important and would have had no problem waiting if he had communicated that professionally. There was no reason for the interaction to turn into bickering with a customer. Customer service should never make someone feel like asking for help is a problem. This situation could have been handled so differently with basic professionalism and respect. I really hope management addresses this.

Don't waste your time!…read more I always go to FedEx to get my prints done but they are closed today due to Memorial Day. So, after some research I discovered Staples offers the same service and it's open. Great! What wasn't great is that I have to wait an hour for 3 pages. Regular 8x11 paper prints and I had no choice. Deshaun (I think is how you spell his name) wasn't able to help me so just a heads up that's it's not worth it. Didn't even get to see the cost Do not come here for quick print jobs!
