The service an products they use has gone down tremendously. I recently had bridge work done few months ago. My temporary fell off twice. This tells me the products they are using are not top grade. I also had to come back three times for my permenant bridge due to it not fitting properly. I was told each time it was the lab fault. I just found out the bridge they put in on the opposite side two years ago had a leakage which caused me to need a root canal an replacement. I go every year, they do exam an xrays. I don't understand how this was overlooked. The office manager refused to honor there services . I'm filing a claim with my insurance. Also my son moved had to go to another dentist in the Bay Area the crown that Naglee did had to replaced . His crown was less than year old.

When we went to ask, the doctor said it was due to the jaw. I proved it wasn't the jaw, so the doctor switched to saying it was the teeth. I showed him that before the braces, my children's teeth weren't like that, but the doctor blamed it on the fact that they had suggested extracting teeth earlier. I told him that he had said he would see if it was impossible to do it, and if not, he wouldn't. That's the dentist's job; he knows what should and shouldn't be done. He's still ignoring it and hasn't made any adjustments. After the braces, their teeth look worse than before. The worst part is that I had both of them treated at the same time.

Dr Arredondo was fantastic and incredibly skilled, as well as reassuring. I didn't feel a thing. Later, in 2012, when I had my wisdom teeth removed and the first step of an implant done, I went back to Dr Arredondo. Again, he was amazing. Again, without the option of a general (breastfeeding mother of a 13 month old), Dr Arredondo did both procedures with a local and nitrous. I healed quickly and the surgeries were done quickly, without any pain. This man is, without a doubt, a professional in his field. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Brookeside, aside from a few schedule errors on both our parts. Dr Antonio Arredondo is kind, reassuring and he genuinely seems to care for his patients and their needs. He is a personable doctor with great "bedside" manor. I've never encountered an oral surgeon like him, as he is a rare find. I highly suggest him and have referred several friends and family members, knowing they'll be in his capable hands. His nurse is also a gem. She is delightful, knowledgable and incredibly kind. Brookeside is the only place I'll go.

I have been very blessed to find such a wonderful kind and compassionate doctor who put me completely at ease. I get extremely anxious and scared when it comes to anything with my teeth. So a bottom left molar tooth extraction was something I feared greatly. The nurse Maria was very caring and professional, she administered laughing gas to help me relax. Then I was put to sleep for the procedure. I woke up less than 45 minutes later not even realizing that my procedure was already done. And there is no pain after, just a little discomfort that is treated with pain killers. I want to say thank you to Dr. Paul George he did an excellent job!!!
