Of all apartments I have been a resident of during my years of traveling throughout the US, I have to strongly admire how amazing of a property and well managed Arrive truly is. To start with the basics about the complex, 1) The units are fairly well sized compared to competitors around the area and the layouts of each units are well organized and efficient for day-to-day living. 2) The community amenities from the Rooftop (Best View of the City), Kitchen Area/BBQ Grills, Theater Room, Gym are better in quality and easily accessible when compared to similar High Rise communities through out the country that I have personally experienced. To include some other aspects about the complex, 1) 24/7 Coverage of Front Door - This building provided 24/7 hours coverage of the front door for any deliveries and visitors. Property staff is usually at the Front Entrance from around 9am - 6pm with coverage from Security Company between 6pm-6am. 2) Shared Property with Top Tier Hotel Brand - This property is shared with a high end top tier Hotel Brand that provides additional safety and amenities to residents like having a Restaurant/Bar downstairs with a friendly resident discount honored. In Conclusion, the greatest thing anything could ask for from this property is having one of the best Management Team. From the Leasing Team to the Property Manager, there is not enough words to explain how amazing they are. Some of the best features provided by the team is being attentive to all requests from managing deliveries, storing packages in on-site lockers or holding in a private mail room only accessible by staff, to dedicating 1:1 time for any discussion or concerns to address. As I have been a long-time resident at the property, I can truthfully say with confidence that this is the best property I have lived at and would strongly suggest everyone to take a look at this property when looking for a place to reside. read more

I wish I could post PROs and CONs without leaving a rating, but since I can't, I'm leaving 3 stars. List of the top 7 CONs and PROs below ordered by importance. Summary: If you don't mind the constant loud sirens, want a downtown living experience, and can look past the many immoral parts of the lease, this is a great option for you to consider. CONs: 1) The sirens! There is a huge fire station 2 blocks away and 4th Ave is one of the main streets they use. I once counted 3 independent incidents with sirens in 20 minutes. I couldn't sleep at night, and I couldn't think during the day. All I could hear was sirens - even when there weren't sirens, I could hear sirens in my head since it was perpetual. 2) Lease treats you like a criminal! There are grossly immoral (and likely unenforceable) provisions of the lease. For example, if the apartment is negligent and a guest of yours gets hurt and sues the apartment, you have to pay for all of the apartment's legal expenses even if the apartment complex is at 100% fault. Also, the bed bugs addendum is worded to make it sound like you're just itching to get those bed bugs in! After reading the lease, I felt so dirty that I had to take an extra-long shower. I'm used to some immoral provisions in large corporate apartment leases, but this one is the worst I've encountered. I considered not moving in on that alone. 3) I thought that going with an apartment complex not managed by a super large corporation would mean more flexibility and a more personal touch, but found that in fact I experienced less of these things than I'd experienced from mega corporations. 4) Elevators take forever! They're fast once you get in them, but I feel the number of elevators is undersized for the building. 5) Cheap attack in the closet! There are so many parts of the building and apartment that are great, but they appear to have had a cheap attack when it came to the closets. 6) They charge a cleaning fee for when you move out as part of their initial fees, but then charged me for cleaning the carpet after I moved out. I felt the other deposit deductions were more reasonable (albeit a little higher than what I'd call fair), but I took exception to the carpet cleaning fee since I had already paid for cleaning in advance. Not worth fighting, but that's why it feels unethical - I feel landlords count on tenants not wanting to fight these deposit deductions when they do this. 7) Need to park your car? The parking garage is difficult to navigate and the parking spots are tiny. In all fairness, Seattle downtown apartments seem to have this issue more than other downtown areas I've lived in, so this problem isn't unique to The Arrive. PROs: 1) The staff is VERY friendly and will try to help any way they can. Really liked every person I interacted with. 2) Maintenance is good, friendly, and helpful. Their off-site maintenance is a little less helpful but still had a great experience overall. 3) Absolutely gorgeous kitchen with ample countertop and cabinet space - something most downtown apartments lack. Good appliances too - not just ones that look good, but ones that function very well. 4) The apartment in general is just very nice and modern. Laminate hard flooring (I think) in the living and kitchen areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. Really good flooring that looks nice. And I really prefer soft carpet in the bedrooms. Big windows. Etc. 5) High quality construction. For example, minimal noise from neighbors and no cheap attack on the wiring (especially the low-voltage wiring / ethernet). 6) Air conditioning that works - they don't just have it, it does actually work. Good functional thermostat and forced air system. 7) They keep the place clean very well. read more

Came here 12/05/2022. I enjoyed a short-term stay at Arrive through Blueground for the duration of October 2022-December 2022. The front desk and staff at Arrive are amazing (special shoutout to Cesar and Joey). Arrive is a luxury high-rise apartment building on 4th Ave just south of the Amazon offices. Many of the residents are Amazon employees. The lobby and lot are shared with the Sound Hotel (Hilton). The apartment has floors G-41, but apartments begin on floor 10(?). The penthouses are on floor 41. There is a beautiful rooftop lounge on the 42nd floor. Front desk leaves around 6-7 PM and it's only a security guard at night. The apartment seems pretty safe but the surrounding area can get sketchy. Homeless people and druggies are regularly out on the streets. Occasionally they do a $1000 referral bonus in the months of Oct, Nov, Dec. read more

We lived in the Penthouse and had a problem with our unit that persisted during most of our stay there. However, the management (Leslie and Cameron) and the staff (Caesar, Adam, Max, Devon, Joel, Adriane, etc.) did everything they could to make our lives easier and treated us like royalty. Because they had built up so much goodwill with us, we were actually very close to renewing (it came down to the wire), but in the end, we kind of wanted a change of scenery and wanted to downsize to a 2 bedroom unit with views of the Space Needle. Overall, we had an absolutely amazing experience at Arrivé and will never regret staying there. read more

Arrive is a solid place to live in Belltown. I've lived here almost a year and I'm planning on renewing when my lease is due. I have had a 5 star experience but I also went to a top floor and an expensive unit. I would do 4.5 stars if it were an option. Much of the critical parts of my review are nothing that can be controlled (location and building design are the main factors and these won't be an issue for 70% of people). Here are some of the good: - The Views. This pic is from inside my apartment. How great is that? - Very nice, modern and has great amenities - Clean, COVID-conscious and the staff is welcoming and amazing - Currant Cafe downstairs is great for grabbing coffee, etc. - The Roof. WOW. It has to be the best views in the city from this roof - Maintenance is on top of things. They are professional, pleasant and efficient. - They allow Pitbulls and have no breed restrictions - The dog lounge and gym are convenient - Extremely quiet. I've never heard a neighbor and they all have dogs Things keeping it from being 5 stars: - 3rd avenue is close and you live next to the free health clinic, so you do occasionally get folks wandering around your neighborhood and front door late at night and early morning. - Many rooms have odd pillars in weird places and layouts could be better - The parking garage is pretty intense and narrow, but nothing out of the ordinary for a skinny building like this. - There aren't many gyms close by, you do have to walk a little bit to SLU or downtown read more

Arrivé Apartments - Apartments Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Great building, poor management. Arrivé is no doubt the bougiest place I have ever lived and thus, my expectations were set high. The property itself sets high expectations on their website; "Lavish Seattle living is realized at Arrivé, where exceptional service and access to hotel concierge amenities combine to create a personalized apartment living experience." This couldn't be further from my experience. Let's dive in: First of all, there is no access to the hotel amenities that aren't available to the general public. Yes, there is a bar/restaurant but you can't order room service, valet won't park your car. They have a separate entrance to which their concierge attends, but they do not interact with the residential side. There's a discount for residents, but that's only useful if you have guests that want to stay in the same building as you. The hotel has its own elevators for their guests, but the hotel staff is required to use the residential elevators to move throughout the building. Obviously this creates delays for the residents, as a business also uses the elevators meant for tenants. The concierge team is one of the only good things about this property as they are all very friendly, but there are too few of them. The front desk closes multiple times per day and often will be closed for hours in the early evening (5-7pm) during the gap between normal concierge team and night security arriving. Sometimes this hasn't been the case, but most days it is. This leads to several outcomes: unauthorized people can enter the building which creates security issues, delivery people aren't able to get in and/or complete deliveries, and residents aren't able to access packages kept behind the front desk. So much for lavish hotel-style living, huh? They will tell you when you tour that Arrivé boasts the fastest residential elevators in Seattle. I'll give them credit, they are fast, but only when multiple elevators aren't out of service. (Remember, the hotel utilizes them for their staff, one is usually reserved for move-ins and that leaves two for the residents of a 41 floor building. Currently one of those two has been out for about a month). I typically wait 10 mins for an elevator to come, only to ride it for another 10 mins while it stops on every floor, with many not able to board due to how full it has become. Many of the problems that Arrivé experiences aren't unique to just this building (I.e. most towers around here experience elevator issues from time to time) but it is the frequent nature of the issues, coupled with extremely poor communication on the part of management. Recently, ALL elevators were out for the entire building for 30-45 mins and they didn't even say something to the residents until like 15 min after they broke down. The rooftop fire pit has been closed for repairs for 6 months. The EV chargers have been broken for 10+ months. The actual apartments are ok. many of the finishes are cheap and fall apart easily, but generally the units look nice enough. I love my deep bathtub. Sound insulation to outside is great, but I can hear my next-door neighbors closing their blinds, for example. If you need to call maintenance, response time is typically good, but they will consistently do the least amount of work to solve your issue, usually leaving a mess behind. They have no problem rearranging your things to do what they need to do, even when I've been present they just move stuff without asking. It is also common knowledge around the community that management likes to drink alcohol on the job. I have been by the office and seen open bottles from outside, as well personally witness members of management drinking while on the job hosting events. Probably why they keep the leasing office closed permanently to residents. Management who do not live on-site bring their friends and family to use the amenity spaces designed for residents and they often close the rooftop for events hosted by the property management company, Blanton Turner. My biggest issue, above all else, is communication. I have several emails to the management team that have gone unanswered for months, they do not answer the phone, and as mentioned above - they keep the office locked and the curtains drawn so that it is hard to even see if someone is even inside. If they were making a more visible effort to not only fix the issues, but to prevent them from reoccurring I probably wouldn't be as upset by this place. Tracking down someone from management is near-impossible here and the lower-level staff (while very friendly) are often left unknowledgeable about the status of things around here. I get that life happens, but when you are paying over $4,500 a month to live in a "luxury building" you should be able to live your best life rather than constantly dealing with poorly trained managers. No one cares about anything here and it really shows. read more

I lived in Arrive for 18 months and wanted to leave my review after I had moved out to give a complete experience share. From the very beginning working with the leasing team to tour, sign, and move in was handled with friendly professional care. Brian gave me the hardhat tour and Blake was my point person for working out my lease. I must've bugged him about a lot of questions, and he answered them all and in a timely manner. Move in was easy peasy. You get an elevator reserved for you, so there's no unnecessary hold ups. The amenities are top notch! Easily the first thing that had me swoon about this building is the rooftop view. It is a breathtaking 360 degree view of the heart of DT Seattle, Puget Sound, SLU. The sunsets on a nice day are a dream. Even on a rainy, cold day, the indoors Apex Lounge is a great place to enjoy those views too. I've had many a lunch, coffee break, or glass of wine hanging out there. There's a room on the rooftop that you can reserve for private parties with no charge. If they need to clean it, there is a cleaning fee. I hosted a dinner party/BBQ for out of town family and my guests loved the view and all had a wonderful time. (I cleaned up afterwards and there was no fee) There's an amazing Fitness center comprised of a cardio room with treadmills, rowing machines, bikes and the like. Yoga room with a flatscreen to stream workouts, and a weight room with hand weights, kettle bells, barbells w/ plate weights, and machines. It has pretty much everything you'd need for an awesome workout. Resistance bands, TRX, Bosu balls too. They even have group classes for free!! There's also a dog grooming room (which I used weekly) and a small pet relief area. The only criticism I have about the building is the size of the pet relief area. It's dinky for the amount of dogs in the building using it. Even though it's sprayed down and cleaned every morning, it quickly starts to get stinky and pee stained because of the volume of dogs that use it. There are secure lockers for your packages and someone usually manning the front desk 24 hours a day. I've never had a package get lost or stolen there. When the Hotel side is open and the Cafe and Restaurant are running, residents get free drip coffee! The food is solid. I especially love their soups and Acai bowl. My apartment was quiet. It's super well insulated. I only heard my neighbors when they were in the hallway, but nothing from above/below or through the walls. The washer and dryer are huge (I think Bosch?!) Bathtubs are extra deep, and there's great air conditioning/heating. Pre covid19, there were lots of events to get residents to mingle with each other. From Cooking classes, game nights, pumpkin carving, pet photos with santa, ice cream socials, wine tastings with nibbles, cocktail classes, football games in the media room etc.. I got to know a lot of my neighbors this way and the team really did a fantastic job thinking up fun ideas to build community. My move out went smoothly and I quickly got my deposit back minus reasonable fees for cleaning. No surprise add-on's that made no sense. What really made Arrive such a special place to call home those 18 months was the amazing staff! Leslie, Brian, Blake, Monica, Bryce and Caitleen were all so amazingly kind, funny, friendly and helpful. I miss seeing their smiley faces and am so appreciative of the hard work they all did to create such a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you! Thank you! Side note: My last 6 months there, COVID19 restrictions were in place. The team did a great job of keeping us informed about DOH policy and information as it became available. Wipe dispensers placed throughout the building and appropriate measures for safety taken. If decide to move back downtown, I'll happily look into leasing at Arrive again and whole heartedly recommend this building. :) read more

In Seattle for the day, and after hours of apartment touring, we happened upon an "Arrive`" sign on the sidewalk that said, "You belong here". Guillame (pronounced Geum and who also goes by William) welcomed us with enthusiasm even though we had no previous appointment set. He chatted us up describing a few wonderful details about living at Arrive` while calling up to the leasing office. Caitleen was gracious enough to show us around even though it was getting late in the day. She made us feel important and she addressed me as well as my husband. She was cheerful and thorough in her tour of the building's apartment options and public areas and happily answered all our questions, making us feel right at home. A couple months passed waiting for a successful closing on our house. We placed several quick phone calls to ask your staff asking about storage, parking, differences in floor views, policies and you name it, we always received excellent and courteous service, every single call. Our final "deciding visit" to Seattle, I looked at a few of the other luxury apartment buildings, as well as Arrive' again. Caitleen was in the process of moving on to another location but Blake was available to show me around to narrow our search to a couple apartments. He was very informative, patient and talked about many of the finer details to further convince us that Arrive` was definitely where we belong. Move in day... Blake met us outside with instructions on where to pull in and park while we would inspect our new apartment and sign paperwork. He let me into the garage to park the car with our very frightened cat so she wouldn't be in "on street parking" with people walking by. He then met me at the parking spot with a guest FOB to enter and exit. When we needed to switch parking spots because of our vehicle size he was back in an instant with a new parking assignment. He showed alternative storage units because we were concerned the small unit might not be large enough, it was large enough and mainly because our bedroom closet is HUGE. Blake "held our hand" through the process and made sure we were settled in before leaving for the day. Every time I turned around he was there to make sure all was going well. Guillame, ever enthusiastic, had everything ready for us and took us on our walk-thru. In our apartment we were greeted with a bottle of champagne, toasting flutes, an amazing scented candle and a very sweet handwritten welcome card from Caitleen. Living at Arrive` after two weeks we have also met Lucia and Christina at Currant cafe, whom have given us exemplary service along with taking the time to make us feel welcome. Jeremy, the manager of maintenance, personally stopped by to thank us for reporting a dent we accidentally made in the drywall outside our apartment and fixed it on the spot without a charge. Robert, who greeted my husband by name before they had even met, has a fun and playful personality is always helpful with making arrangements for deliveries, picking up our packages and hunting down a cart for us which is usually nearby. Two seconds after stepping out of our apartment, both of us forgetting our FOB, we realized we were locked out, how embarrassing. Ashamed, we approached Monica who made us feel much better, got us back in within minutes. She is always pleasant, smiling and has something nice to say. In a world that seems to have forgotten the necessity of good customer service, it is a fresh breeze of "thank you so much" to be here. The staff is not just good, they are the best outstanding good I've come across in a very long time. They make our lives more happy! A thousand times thank you. We've been living in Arrive for several months now and have loved every day of it. Even during the COVID-19 state quarantine the management found ways to keep our spirits high by sending messages of support, community events, updates, and dropping off special gifts for the residents. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. The building has a cleaning crew come in every single day to make sure every floor is in tip-top shape. The amenities like the rooftop and gym are fabulous. The residents are super nice and social. Whether your on the rooftop, in the hall, or waiting for the elevator, everyone says hi and usually starts a conversation. The building is also super dog friendly which we love since we have two french bulldogs. Lastly, the music, cafe, and restaurant in the lobby give it a social club feel which we both love. The staff is AMAZING! They are accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. I moved here in June from CA and they made my move so easy. They held my luggage a few days while my apartment was getting prepared for me to move in, they coordinated the delivery people for my items (bed, sofa) while I was traveling for work. The restaurant and coffee shop on the 1st floor is a huge perk! There are nights when I don't feel like cooking and its very convenient. The location is central to everything. The rooftop views are breathtaking! I love calling this place home while adjusting to living in Seattle. The first review for this building really made me want to write this review, I am really unsure as to what this person is referring to. I've spent considerable amount of time looking for an apartment recently, specifically in newer high rise towers. I've toured Stratus, Arrivé, Kiara, McKenzie, Martin, and quite a few others. I actually live in Dimension apartments. Arrivé checks just about every box of what is offered in other similar buildings, in some cases even more. Their units are brand new and offer a substantially better appliances for the price that they charge. Their amenities are also as good if not better in some cases. If rooftop views are important to you, this building is also one of the best as it sits a bit higher than others and is close to the water. The leasing staff is also very courteous and they offer promotions that are better than elsewhere, not to mention extremely flexible move in dates. Yes, it is still expensive given that Seattle is just crazy right now. But, you will be hard pressed to find as good of a deal on units, specifically if higher floor is important to you. Highly recommend, this is coming from somebody who can be critical. read more

Love this place! The staff is amazing and always responsive. The apartments are large, quiet and have top notch appliances and views. The building itself is chock-full if amenities including a fantastic gym, to-die-for rooftop lounge and even a doggy spa. Location-wise, it's safe and central to everything, and close to public transportation. I even love that part of the building is a hotel; the lounge and restaurant are great and it works really well for out of town guests. In short - love living here. Thanks Arrive!!! read more

Gorgeous apartments, the best roof in town and lovely staff. One of the loveliest places to live in downtown Seattle

In search of a new home, we recently toured Arrivé. To say the least the community is amazing with beautiful units and the best amenities in comparison to the other upscale buildings in downtown Seattle. However, the determining factor was our leasing agent, Devon, who was the icing on the cake. She was professional with her presentation and personable/relatable when it came to downtown living. She was able to offer the community without being a sales person and made the entire experience extremely comfortable. She was proactive in keeping in contact with us and was able to accommodate our absurd requests. If it's not for the aesthetics of the community, you will love living at Arrivé because of the people. Thank you for the wonderful experience!! In comparison to another upscale complex in DT Seattle we had toured, although an amazing property, the leasing agent was less than pleasant to work with in which their strict business/sales demeanor and lack of follow up led us to go with Arrivé. read more
