This is my go-to dry cleaners because the Oriental man who owns it has the most fantastical mole on his face. From the center of his mole grows several strands of hair, all about four or five inches long. It's worth coming here when he's working the counter just to take a gander at this strange-looking mole with hairs all growing haphazardly out of it. He seems very proud of his mole, too. Are these people nuts? I was looking for a new cleaner and this place had decent reviews so I went there. 3 shirts for laundering, an older lady that has trouble with English told me, I think, that since I'm under $10, it will be cash only and she wrote down both $4.95 and $5.95 on my receipt. I asked which it is and, I think, she said that she wouldn't know until I pick them up and the register will decide. This was a lot harder than it should be and I still don't know if they do a good job or not! I won't return. read more

I am very disappointed with the service and the dishonesty of the owner in the Arrow Cleaners. I had 2 winter jackets need to be clean and iron (one is down jacket with pen marks on the sleeve , the other is velvet with stains all over the places),when I got back the jackets the stains still there, pen marker was not clean )and the owner tried to argue with me ,, , so I just paid and left with emotion ) when I got home I used salt , vinegar and hot water mixture to clean all the stains ..... it worked!! I've been getting my suits done at Arrow for 2 years now, after some swings and misses with a larger outfit (talking about you, Jack Brown). As with many other industries, a dry cleaner can be remarkable merely by doing the job right. That's Arrow. The owners are short on English and interpersonal niceties, but they sure do perform. Cleaning is thorough, the price is right, and you usually get a turnaround time of two days. Here's my personal benchmark that sets Arrow apart: In the previous 12 years of getting suits or uniforms dry cleaned, the creases in my pants have nearly always been relocated with pressing. After a few pressings your "crease" turns into a multi-lane highway. Not so with Arrow. They actually take the time to line up your existing crease instead of just throwing your pants into the machine. Like I said, sometimes just doing it right makes you a rock star. read more

After being run off from Reid's by some repeated issues, I gave Arrow a shot. After three visits, I'll be using them for all of my dry cleaning needs. As mentioned in most reviews, the owners' personalities may be a little off-putting. Don't worry though, they're just focused on getting the job done effectively and efficiently. Worry not that your special requests (e.g. no creases, extra spot treatment) will go un-noted. My clothes have been cleaned/pressed exactly to my specifications each time. And all at an amazingly low cost (*cough**cough* Reid's). At Arrow you save a buck (or three) and get great cleaning. read more

Was going to try Arrow Cleaners for the first time and on Saturdays are open until 3pm according to the Yelp page and their door. I came at 2:50pm (I know, cutting it close), but the store was closed with no sign that mentioned closing early. Maybe they do a fantastic job on clothing but I was not able to try them out today. read more

Very disappointed with my experience here. My article is in far worse condition than when I dropped it off and I was treated very poorly, including being spoken to in a very patronizing manner, when I voiced my concern. See the review from Stephanie that is currently filtered out for more detail. My experience was very similar. Updating my review: the stains that arrow left on my garment are much worse than I initially assessed. It's nonsensical and insulting that he could claim these stains existed upon drop off. I needed to have a dress altered in a rush, and this place delivered! The alteration was impeccable. You could not tell it was altered at all. The price I paid was very reasonable compared to other places I went to before bringing it here. Also, their dry cleaning prices are very competitive and actually cheaper than a lot of other dry cleaners' I've taken clothes to. Besides, who doesn't like a friendly and fast service! They do not wash pillows (but apparently none do). Do not speak clear English. Very difficult to communicate with them on expectations. Told me it would take a week to dry clean my coat (a normal coat). Came here a week a ago and they told me they could not wash my pillows but would was my comforters. I come back today and they cannot was the comforters. read more

I've been using these folks for well over 15 years and can count the number of minor disappointments on one hand. They are always pleasant but very business like and always have the order done on time. If you point out the stains they will do their best to get them out but they can't perform miracles. I decided to try Arrow cleaners based on the other reviews. They were not honest or courteous and charged according to their will. They advertise 2.50 per pant, however they charged me 3.50. On questioning the lady owner, she was rude and said "don't come back, you behave cheap" . I like trying locally owned stores but this one is terrible. read more

Took dress shirts to be laundered, paint on window said $1.50 for men's shirts. $5.99 men's pants. Went to pick up our clothing and they charged $1.75 for the shirts and tried to tell us they were big shirts. They were regular men's shirts not big man shirts. Then they tried to charge $6.99 for pants instead of the $5.99 on the window. They did not make it right and they did not care if they lost business!! Poor local business experience!! read more

My husband and I have been patient and given this business several opportunities but they just don't get clothes clean. My husband walked in after a pen leaked on his shirt and one of the owners actually told him to take it home, clean it and then bring it back! I complained to the man at the counter that there were still spots on a pair of pants and pet hair I picked up recently. He just shrugged his shoulders and made no offers to fix it or even express any remorse they had not cleaned the item. Had a bad experience with my go-to dry cleaners and opted to switch to a new place. I typically try to find locally owned places so that the pricing is good and turnaround time is fast. This place did not disappoint!! I brought in an oversized bag of items and I think had 20-25 pieces. My bill was only $52 and everything looks great. I gave them standard work clothes...men's and women's button down shirts and pants, nothing fancy or difficult but I would trust them with harder items. The couple run the place do a good job and the price is cheap&fair. Once they get to know you they are friendly because they are too busy working. I don't buy the notion about their accent and its not fair to single them out because of they are Immigrants. I have seen some horrible accents with piss poor English and the Public don't seem to worry about it. This country is made of Immigrants and get use too it. read more

Ok, I was going to a another local dry cleaners that MAY have done a slightly better job but was TONS more expensive. All you haters, just go somewhere else. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this place for down comforters. I took mine in, picked it up four days later, and it was completely ruined! It had yellow and brown stains everywhere on the outside and was dark brown on the inside. When I took it in to show them what had happened, the owner told me it was completely normal and that I had no idea what I was talking about. I had to very politely tell him that I have owned down comforters before and had taken it to another cleaners in which they told me that it was not normal for comforters to come out that way. He continued to give me a hard time saying that he did not want to help me and would not reimburse me for the comforter. Finally, the Asian lady who works at the front told me she would give me the money back for the service, which she did, and the owner scuffed at her. I have never been so disrespected by a business owner and would therefore never recommend a business who treats customers that way. read more
