We missed work on the day the first project was to start because they ran late and failed to call us and did not show up. We ended up firing them because we had waited 3 weeks and did lots of prep work. The foreman offered to give us a better discount and asked us for another chance. We tried to be understanding and gave them another chance. We were assured they were coming on October 29, 2015. Once again another day off and no one showed up or bothered to call. The Foreman's number is disconnected now. The owner would not return calls we left with his answering service or answer our emails. Additionally, The foreman told us he didn't like to pull permits in our town because they were a pain to deal with. We insisted and we were told it would be taken care of. They did call the line for call before you dig but when the Inspector from the Town came out here, he informed us that another company H&M paving (associated with them) called them and did not request a permit. He also stated that when he checked State of CT listings, H&M was not active. Lucky for us we did not give them any money but they surely did hold up our project for over a month and we had to scramble to find someone else. It was a 25 degree day and I asked if it was too cold to do and they said no it would be fine. The problem is that it is crumbling in areas because it was too cold that day and would not compact. I called and text the company and after 6 months they sent a person out to look at the problem and he agreed to repave a large area and that they would be out in a couple weeks to do. Two months later and no show and does not respond back. Now I have to go to court and get my money back and I will surely win according to my attorney. Beware of this company they are scammers and full of promises that they fail to deliver.

Again I had to tell them what to order because they denied they could get gates From Eastern fence in NY. So many red flags. I should have used my own installer and had him bill Service company. Marc the owner was very unpleasant to deal with as this wasn't a "big paying job" I was a nuisance to them really. Now 3 months later one of the gates has 2 cracks, one at a sodder joint corner, which is technically a Manufacturing flaw. Marc cannot be bothered to replace or fix because he is too busy with big jobs and I need to be more careful. Ya right, I don't beat on or man handle my equipment.
