The header on shower frame came detached from the wall. Our builder connected us with Arrow Glass and scheduling for repair is not good process. They won't give you any time frame for arrival. They say they will call you 30 min out. I received a call when they were 20 min out, I told the rep on the phone that I was 45 min away because I was at work. He said he would give the tech to call and have them wait for me. When I got to my home exactly in 45 min, tech was not there. I called Arrow Glass and they said tech can only wait "10 min" and then they leave. I informed them that they need to fix their process because when people are at their jobs and have no window for repair ETA, then the repair techs should have the courteousy to wait 5 more minutes in their day for me to arrive. The customer service at Arrow Glass did Not agree with this and said it was on me for not being there. At the very least, the customer service department should have heard my complaint and acknowledge that they need a better process. Instead they in fact told me there is no issue and im at fault. stay away from them. read more

The response from the email's 'scheduler' were less than satisfactory and not customer serving. The amount I would spend on custom shower enclosure would at least expect emails responded to and not with an attitude. My project is on a timeline, and to be challenged with incorrect date/time of in-house estimate, there are others that responded quickly AND accurately with professionalism. I'll be going elsewhere and have 2 others scheduled well in advance within my timeframe. After sending the email chain showing that they were not correct in insisting I gave a specific time, I get an email that confirmed the date/time AFTER I requested to just cancel it. We needed some glass tops to protect some furniture for our new place in Austin. It was a small amount of work with just a top for a desk and a couple of night stands. I expected the usual small project hassle in finding a company willing to come out and measure and do the work. Jason at Arrow was exceptionally helpful. He not only replied quickly, but he was able to get someone over to measure that afternoon. The two people from Arrow that stopped by (Jason and Ryan) were quick and professional. I was expecting that it would take a few days to a week to get the glass tops done and delivered, so I was thrilled when Jason said that they'd be back the next day with the tops. It was again Jose and Ryan, and they did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning the glass and putting it all in place. The folks at Arrow responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for my small, single pane window repair in less that a week from my initial inquiry. The installers called the day of the install, as promised, to let me know they were on the way. I'm working from home and they were able to come a bit earlier than anticipated. I needed a few minutes to wrap up an online meeting before they arrived, and explained that when they called. They were flexible and offered to wait outside for a few minutes until I could take a break. The two gentlemen who installed the glass were polite, wearing masks (Covid times) and finished the work very quickly. My son broke one of our upstairs double paned window from the outside. The glass stayed in the frame, and I called Arrow Glass to come fix it based on recommendations on here and from Angie's List. They came out right before Thanksgiving, took the measurements and ordered the window. It came in and they installed it; they had to remove the glass from the previous window. It's a second story window right above about 5 feet of roof and a gutter. After they were done and left, I walked outside and there was glass all over my yard and sidewalk. I called them back and was told by a manager that he could send someone out to clean it up tomorrow because they would be in the Cedar Park area. I explained that it was unacceptable and couldn't wait because I have four kids and the neighborhood children play in my yard, and I wouldn't have them getting cut by glass. Then he said he would "talk" to them and trailed off. I asked him if that's all he was going to do and he said what else could he do? I told him that it was unsatisfactory and he told me that he already said they could clean it up tomorrow and that he doesn't think they were throwing it away from the window. I got frustrated and hung up. I asked the kids how the glass was removed (they were watching because they're kids and apparently replacing a window is fascinating). According to them, the guys had dropped glass on the 5 foot section of roof, and then swept it too hard and sent it flying to the ground (my kids actually call "sweeping" "brooming" for whatever reason). No, I would not go with this company again. They have no accountability, no customer service skills, and no respect for people who have children that could be hurt. read more

A month ago we had frameless glass shower door made & installed by Arrow. My husband got a few quotes and Arrow was on the lower end while still being reputable business so we decided to go with them. The installation crew was very professional (2 young men) and quick to get the job done. They made sure not to get the carpet dirty either (which I did not even say but I could tell they were conscious of their boots). I wanted to wait a while to write the review to make sure the shower door wouldn't have any issues. We LOVE IT! We remodeled our whole home and the only thing we had been dragging on was the shower door since our GC had given us a quote 3x as much for the same shower door. Arrow has been great to work with. I called for a mirror and shower glass quote. Arrow's mirror quote was $400 less than the first quote I received from another company. Jason couldn't explain why the other company's quote was so high, but, luckily, my husband had insisted that I get another bid, and I'm so glad I called Arrow. They quickly came last week and measured for the shower door, and it was installed yesterday. Looks and works great. I was supposed to have my countertop in for the mirror to be measured, but it wasn't ready when they measured for the shower door and wasn't ready when the shower door was installed yesterday, so they're making yet another trip over today to measure it because now I'm ready. First cut broke in transit next two were misfit and even with all that they will not put a rush on a recut or assist with installation. Horrible customer service!! Don't call them. I emailed to have someone scheduled to give me an estimate and after two days I had not heard back from anyone. I emailed them again to follow up on my request and they finally replied and asked for my address. I sent it and guess what? Nothing for another two days, I finally called and they said I had never sent my email. Seriously?! I forwarded the email I had already sent with my address and there it was the next day no email. I called AGAIN and of course blaming everyone else but themselves. I finally got a call at 4:58pm stating that someone was scheduled to come to my home the next day and guess what they never showed up nor called. Then after 14 days of going back and forth with them, they tell me they have me penciled in for the same day giving me 5hrs short notice. People work and have busy schedules. Highly recommended. Excellent work. Great price. A real pleasure to do business with. I needed a frameless shower installed in a remodeled master bath. I made the right choice with Arrow. Mercedes and Tyler came out to measure. They also did the install. That was a big plus for me. Mercedes and Tyler were very thorough and they gave me some important tips about the installation that were very useful in making my final hardware decisions. I took a total of five bids before deciding on Arrow. Two bids were off the charts. The Arrow bid price was right in line with the others, but no one else was close on the communications. I went with Arrow because I was completely confident about the job they would do because of the detail that went into their communications with me. They gave me a drawing with the bid that confirmed the design i wanted and listed the hardware catalogue part numbers so that I could confirm that the hardware was exactly what I wanted. Dennis in the back office was very responsive to my questions and flexible with my final choices When I made a change, Dennis immediately sent me an updated drawing and hardware list. I found this company on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I sent them an email for a certain size bathroom mirror and Tami responded the next day with a quote. I emailed her back and asked if someone could come and measure the wall. She again responded asking for my address. I decided to call her to schedule someone to come to my house. I called the office and a different woman answered and she forwarded my call to someone to schedule a date to measure. The person's VM picked up and he gave his first name and asked that I leave my name and number and he would call me back. Since this person didn't identify himself as being with Arrow Glass, I hung up and called again. And again I was connected to the same number with a message to leave my info and he would get back with me. It's been over five days and I never received a callback. So I will find another company to install a mirror for me. Many companies can provide the same services. The only thing that sets them apart from one another is their customer service and not returning calls is poor customer service. read more
