Such a ripoff service and staff. I had a coupon that i got from their website which doesn't mention to show the coupon on the beginning of the transaction. My car was Honda 2008 accord that i had to get smog test and the man who helped me was stupid and rubbish enough to keep arguing over the damn coupon. The worst service ever!!! Ive taken my 3 cars here and he remembered me the very next year. Very quick and very honest. No crooked smogs here! My car didn't pass and he even let me try to correct the problem and i came right back and it passed. There is never a wait and the price reflects the quality for those who complain about price. I came here today because my wife needed a smog check on her car, so I went on yelp and looked around and found this place... first off im all about supporting small businesses, and that is exactly what this place is, the gentleman (Sam) That was working there also owns the place. What I really liked about this place besides the fact that it's a small business Is that he asked me if my check engine light has came on recently or if my battery has recently died, now I looked into it and these things can affect a smog check, now this is not the first time I've gotten a smog check but for some reason I've never been asked this before, I guess because they didn't care they just wanted my money, they also took alot longer even though they were well staffed, Sam had us in and out there in about 15 minutes, now thats what I'm talking about.What it all boils down to is... do I recommend this place? Decided to take my car here based on the previous two reviews. I was not surprised when the reviews proved correct. Great, friendly service, and even offered to clear my maintenance required light, which is out of their duty. Quick and easy, I was on my way after walking in the door in 10-15 minutes. I called ahead for a quote and made a next-day appointment for my Class A motorhome. Service was totally seamless and I even learned a few things about my engine in the process! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, able to maneuver my big RV around their parking lot with ease, and -- as their website said -- there were no gimmicks.
