I arrived about 5 minutes prior to opening and was the first one there. He opened up early and took me in right away. I didn't have to get out of the truck at all. He explained everything to me and told me how long it would take. Everything passed and I was out of there in about 20 minutes total. He was also kind enough to give me a printed copy to keep with the truck so in case the sticker doesn't get here in time, we can show that everything is taken care of in the meantime. The nicest guy! Hope this place continues to do well!

I showed up on time. Only had one other person waiting at the time to complete theirs. Five minutes later, my vehicle was being taken in for the biannual test only smog check. He completed the test only small check in about 10 to 15 minutes, entered everything into the state computer and I was out of there within 30 minutes. The gentleman was excellent with his customer skills made you feel at home relaxed. Also, the facility is very very clean. You're able to sit in a clean environment with a restroom close by. After looking at my tire, he told me it was a run-flat and couldn't be repaired. I explained multiple times that it was not a run-flat (I've had run flats in the past, I know the difference). I even showed him the spare in the trunk and confirmed the tire specs online, but he kept insisting and said it was against their policy because it's a high-performance vehicle. What was most frustrating is that he then pointed me to a shop across the street and said they might have a different policy for run-flats--again, ignoring that I had already clarified several times that this is not a run-flat tire. Disappointing for business owner, as I know that auto tech in the back would have taken care of it, but lost business bc of lack of knowledge of front desk staff.

Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for.
