No appointment necessary. Staff were very friendly. They had a seating area for customers inside the shop which was a relief on this hot day. I presented the coupon I had for a $36.75 (plus $8.25 cert) smog check. I was there for no more than 10 minutes, paid, was handed my PASS certificate, and I was on my way. I took my car into this shop to run the smog test and I got done dirty. The middle eastern man that ran the smog couldn't explain to me what was wrong with the car. He stated I got a "fake" cat because numbers weren't matching; however, the sticker needed to verify the numbers on my car was not even on the car. I drive a 2003 Honda accord and the cat number came back to a Honda element of the same year. After I did some research, I found out the Honda element and Honda accord parts are interchangeable. These cars have the same engine. He marked my car as tampered in the system, which is really bad. After additional research, I found out he could have done a test smog prior to actually running it. I feel as if I was taken advantage of because he was quick to offer mechanical services at a very expensive cost. I DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND. read more
