I have been seeing Suzanne about once a week for over a month for targeted therapy on my legs. In some cases it extends to my low back, glutes, pelvic, hips, etc but it all just depends on what's happening with my body in any given week. This woman works magic. I leave her studio pain free and feeling muscles I didn't even know existed. The work she's doing on me hurts and is not relaxing but my goodness has it completely changed my recovery. I'm sure she offers relaxing, gentle massage work too, but if you really want to invest in body work then just let her do her thing because you won't regret it. Here's the catch... she's a very popular lady and is often booked out 4-5 months. I have no idea how I managed to get on her schedule but I have to believe the universe aligned and made room for me when I needed her most.
