Were brought in a little late so we were each comped a milk foot bath. Much appreciated. The three of us were taken into the same room. At first there was confusion with the masseuses but it was ironed out quickly. David was my person and he was excellent. Responded to my requests and adjusted pressure quickly. We all enjoyed our one hour foot messages and we will definitely be back. One recommendation is to play music to cover up the front door alarm and talking in the reception area. At $70 for a 60-minute massage, we decided we'd check it out. We made an appointment (call to do this, the website is clunky). They were able to get us in the next day. There are no locker rooms, saunas and amenities here-- not surprising at the price point. My girlfriend and I went to this place. She had a terrible experience with one of the massage ladies at this place. This lady got on top of my girlfriend's back and stepped on her with her feet to massage her. This lady was bigger than my girlfriend. She barely used her hands to massage. She purposely tried to hurt her because we came there late. I would be very careful when going to this place. As you can see in the picture, my girlfriend was in pain the next day. My girlfriend's arm was bruised by her feet stepping on her arm and she felt her arm could break. We could probably look for legal action. We called this place to make an appointment for couples massage. When we arrived we were sent back to a "couples" room right away. It was a large room with one tiny light in a corner. To be honest the room needs some light for disrobing and dressing after the massage is over. The room appeared clean, but so dark, who knows? There were none of the funky smells, no one cooking leeks or some other type of strong smelling foods. My wife likes a very hard massage, so she was assigned a man for here massage, a lady did my massage. Both of our massages were very good, we did get our full hour. The lady did leave for 3 minutes towards the end, she came back with hot stones that were not requested nor wanted. For more than $1.00 a minute, I do not like it when they are gone more than long enough to get hot towel. The rest of my massage made up for it but the 3 minutes should have been added to my time at the end. My wife's massage was good, the man did not leave the room and take time that we paid for. The massage would be rated by me five stars if there was light in the room and if the lady did not take three minutes of my time outside the room. The charge was $70 per hour, and yes, call me a clock watcher if you want but I pay for massage, not for whatever she does outside the room. I would probably go back but would certainly tell them my feelings on the therapist leaving the room during the time I pay for. As for the light, that is their call, not my massage store, just my review. EDIT This would be a five star review f the 3 minutes was added to the end of my massage. I had a what I think was a Thai style massage and the petite masseuse was walking on my back. The massage started off a little bit, rough, uncomfortable squeezes, but somehow it all worked and was able to get out the knots around my neck and back. I would've liked a little bit more of a foot massage, but I usually let the masseuse determine where to focus their attention. It was a decent massage. Bottom line, would I go back? Chloe does an amazing job but I have scoliosis and I've had massages from other providers here where they walk on my back without asking ?? One time they did ask which was cool since I had the option to decline, which I did. Never had that anywhere before. It probably feels good for people with a normal musculoskeletal setup but as you can imagine it didn't feel awesome for me. Once I scheduled online and asked for Chloe specifically in the notes so I was surprised when someone who *isn't* her started talked to me after a bit into the massage. So now I just always call and ask for Chloe since I don't want to gamble on getting my rib flare smooshed under someone's body weight lol! This place is across from the Atlantis. Menu says $65 for an hour deep tissue massage. I even confirmed the price with "Tiffany" who worked on me but I was charged 68 when checking out. I didn't make a big deal about it, nor did I ask for the extra 10% off for new customers. It was a long day. The warriors were losing game 3 when I arrived and I just didn't feel like talking, however, I thought that was shady af esp after I tipped her employee a $20. The massage was fine. She asked if the pressure was good and offered to walk on my back. That didn't happen. Stars off for the unknown increase in price & while I was getting massaged, there was a spooky ass animal noise coming from the next room over. A massage should allow you to zen out, not have your mind all active wondering what animal is making that never-heard-before noise. Won't be back. I've been to this new (to me) massage place twice now and both times have been splendid. I've had both Helen and Mark as my massage therapists and they are incredible for a deep tissue massage, just how I like it. They are incredibly strong and have great skill. I've had many, many massages and quite literally need to on a regular monthly basis to manage my pain and inflammation in my neck and shoulders. Prices are fair and in line with that of other massage places in the area. It's always been clean and comfortable inside their facility. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to be a regular. I have frequented another massage therapist prior to going here but they have since moved to Sparks and it's a bit too out of the way to me to justify the trip so I am happy to have found a couple of awesome therapists here in Helen and Mark. read more

I had a 60-minute massage there today. The massage was not that great. First, the therapist walked on me with a cloth on my back but later she took the cloth off and started putting oil on my back and rubbing it with her feet on my skin. Then she started massaging and rubbing my back with her bare feet. It didn't feel hygienic at all and after a few minutes I asked her to stop it and switch to massaging with hands and she did. The part that is also disappointing is they charge you $3 extra if you pay with a credit card. They advertise the price as normal and as soon as they see CC they want $3 extra which is awkward in my opinion. The owner wasn't there to discuss this so I went ahead and paid for it, but I will not be back to this place for massage. I gave two stars instead of one because the therapist was polite even though her massage was not great. read more
