My family was in a bind and we needed a new car fast, a friend of mine that worked at a dealership asked if we were with SF, and when I said no he asked and he responded incredulously "Why?!" So we headed to SF so my husband could become a member and secure a car loan, because their interest rates are so much better than you'd find at a dealership! Tyrie took such good care of us. He was efficient, and patient and kept it so real. He was able to get us set up, approved and even gave us this blank check that was good for up to the amount we were approved for to give the dealership, to avoid any potential hiccups. It had been the most stressful month, potentially of my life. And if anything had gone wrong that day, I might have lost my mind. We were able to Become members, get a car loan, and get a car THAT DAY and it HAD to be THAT DAY, all because of SF and Tyrie.

CCB is no ordinary bank! Besides handling my accounts professionally, the staff here takes you back into time where they remember your name while smiling. Usually when I have to contact them for support, it is for an error I made and not the other way around. Most recently, I had another experience as described above, from Melissa who went the extra mile to assist me. I initially contacted CCB for an issue on my account and I was lucky Melissa answered the phone. Not only did she solve my problem, but she called me back later in the day to inform me that I should expect an additional amount of credit. She explained it so matter of factly, not looking for kudos, but only to inform me the dollar amount had changed. Lol, I was dumbfounded, but quickly realized that I am dealing with Chino Commercial Bank and A1 service is the norm. GREAT JOB!

I had two checks to deposit and was in a rush so I didn't fill out a deposit slip. Every other bank normally takes me checks and helps me fill out a slip just to speed things up. But not Jason. He told me to "go fill out a deposit slip" and I had to go wait back in line. Talk about terrible customer service. East West Bank, you really need to train your staff or hire friendlier people. There was 1 person at the window and I was the 3rd person in line. A banker greeted us and told us another person would come to help.. no one ever did.. I waited about 15min and once it was my turn there were about 4 people behind me. The lady at the window was very friendly. She talked with my kids and said hi. Very nice. I just think they should have more people at the windows or even ATM machines. They didn't have any ATM machines inside. It was alright but it seems like they are moving away from having people at the windows.

When I walk in, the security guard opens the door and politely greets me. People know me by my first name and they treat me with respect. They are very professional and helpful. I work with Rita all the time and she knows my entire family. We have such a good repertoire that she actually knows what I bought my mom for christmas. Yah, that's how cool they are. Rita always puts out a fresh pot of coffee for me, gets me water, or makes me tea. She is absolutely nice, which is why I continue to do business with her even though all those 99%'ers are making a huge ruckus. My mom needed to write a huge check, but she wanted a personalized one with a design. So they got one for my mom free of charge and waived the fee. Great Great bank that gives high interest rates. They will bend over backwards for you to help you. I have had zero problems with them and love one west bank. This bank will take care of you better than any credit union will. If you love getting your ass kissed, then this is the bank for you.
