Everything. The interest rate on a business account is absolutely ridiculous. The risk department who says that they're protecting your assets is actually putting your assets in jail. They will not allow you to do regular business with them without questioning every move that you make saying that it's suspicious. My account was hacked and they said the assets were protected. They didn't. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. They held on to three separate wires for me for so long that I missed opportunities to make revenue. This bank has become the worst financial institution. I was a Chase customer of theirs for 21 years before they turned into the Gestapo. Get your act together. read more

This is my branch location but my experience is online. I had a sign in issue a few minutes ago and I'm unable to view my account since I need to use a code to do so. Well, that code was not sent to my phone. The time wasting over the top, chicken little sign in nonsense is so annoying and wasteful of my time. I've had the same account for over 25 years, I've had the same laptop for close to 7 years with the same IP address and I still can't sign in. Just utter nonsense. Otherwise Chase Bank provides superior and honest services compared to the scandalous crooked banks such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo. I should also add that Bank of America and Wells Fargo profited from slavery. So those two banks backgrounds are based in part on unChristian behavior and low life human trafficking at its worse. read more

Feeling like this is a Avery low key hidden chase. I love coming here because I never never have to wait for anything. They have a drive thru ATM which is convenient at any time. The inside is very big with at least three tellers ready for anything plus three atms inside ready for use if you want a quick in and out with your cash. Recommend coming here anytime read more

After a nightmare of 5 months trying to establish a business account and having it shut down randomly (with all my money put out on hold) because my business lease agreement was month to month. Walked into a branch to pull my funds and close the account. The branch gladly had no problem helping me out and never even asked what they could do to save the relationship. The teller and manager that are working today are horrible, making faces when "helping" , bad attitudes, unprofessional when speaking to customers, slow to process transactions... not sure where they find these type of people but we are in 2022 leave the high school attitude in high school, this site needs to do better !! read more

My local chase bank! This place use to be Wamu but of course changed to chase when it went down. At first I was kinda bummed, when it switched. But so far, I haven't encountered any problems with chase. The bank even remodeled the inside giving it a more modern appeal. The place isn'tt terribly busy, so service is fairly quick and friendly. Since chase is tied with JP Morgan, they also have financial advising that I have found really helpful. Plus consultation with them is free! Always a good word to hear =) Also notable are their credit/debit cards. Both credit and even their debit cards offer REWARD points, which can accumulate to gift cards/ipods/etc. or even cash back, which is awesome! read more

Only go to through the drive-thru at this location because it's simple and, most of the time, easy! Sometimes there can be a line but it usually goes quick. This location is in a great spot because you can do other shopping as well at places like Costco, and then grab some food at a nearby place or get some Cold Stone! read more

Went in today 4/2 to update my name, went to the teller window because I saw two ladies seating on the banker side that did not want to make eye contact. When the teller called I told what I wanted to do, she then said I can schedule an appointment for you the next available one is Tuesday because we are fully booked today. The bank was only busy on the teller line. I told her they don't look booked to me and left. I went down the street to the Chase on Grand and they helped me with no issues. Very disappointed with what chase is allowing to do, you have to make an appointment for the easiest thing? I am slowly moving out of big banks and into CU. read more

Chase Bank is a night mare and I do not recommend it to anyone. I met with a mortgage banker in Chino Hills to apply for a home line of credit because my daughter needed additional funds to buy a new house. As a senior (80 years old) I clearly explained that I was on a fixed income and couldn't afford a high monthly amount. The banker told me it would be $460 a month and I told him that was acceptable. He understood my situation and he never told me it wasn't a fixed rate. He lied to me and within about 6 weeks the payment went to $590 a month. The banker transferred to Upland and finished the loan, continuing to lie to me about the loan. He never said that it was an adjustable loan. I've called Chase escalation department and dealt with a representative who informed me that she didn't have a supervisor and she was supposed to send me a loan modification which I never received. Chase Bank is terrible, bankers lie about loans, do not return phone calls and the supervisor of the banker did nothing. Any suggestions? I've been here many times. A couple of the tellers are nice, but some are so incompetent. The management staff is incredibly bad. Today was the last straw. A teller / supervisor already said "...can't do that" before she even knew what my transaction was. They are so negative, and find ways to say "no" rather than trying to help. The last 3 times I went to cash checks: First time: we cant to do that because it more than the daily cash limit. Second time: we have no signature to compare the signers name on the check. 30 mins for Mgr approval. Third time: the signature is good, but the writing on the check didnt match the ink or the style of the signature!. The manager allegedly said he attempted to contact the maker to verify the check, but didnt. This is on top of the fact that they know me. I make business deposits there frequently....to the same accounts that I'm trying to cash a check from. Bunch of BS and excuses. Now i know why Chase banks are usually empty compared to Wells and BofA. .....and they keep asking me why I dont open up personal accounts there??? I have several business accounts with BofA, Wells, and Opus. I have 16 merchant / credit card processing accounts with Chase. Time to leave Chase. $6K in bank fees given to Chase a month, and treat you like crap. Tellers and banks keep up selling, and keep marketing for people to open accts. Too bad they dont make an effort to keep the accounts they already have. read more

Very unhappy about the LONG wait to speak with someone. VERY frustrating. Every time I come in to speak with a banker, I'm waiting 30 plus minutes and doesn't matter if it's raining or a weekday, still same crappy slow service. However the bank tellers and bankers have always been great. Just a drag waiting so long. read more

It's not the worst bank, and there aren't a bunch of hidden fees. However, the few fees they do charge, are pricey. 34 bucks for an overdraft, 10 dollars for going over your transfer limit, and a few others. It's nothing other banks dont have, but it seems to cost more than some other banks. Also the service is lacking, people always seem so bothered by helping you. Also, everything here seems to move so slow. It can take 2-3 days to get a check cleared, longer if you do it with you're phone. Paying for stuff online can be a pain too. It can take a couple days for the money to get to the company, so sometimes you're account balance is the most accurate. They do have some convenient features. Depositing a check with you're phone, customizing notifications. A decent amount of banks, at least in my area. read more

Horrible branch. Wanted to open a personal account and a business account. Came in 5:40, 20 mins before closing. An employee named Yeno or yeni or yenno or Yano said it would take 20 mins then later realized it's was close to closing time so she said it will actually take 45 mins to a hour. So she changed her story and advised us to come back. She stalled and bought her self time and made it sound long and complicated when we had all of our paper work with us and based on previous banking we know it would really only take 10-20 mins. Me and my business partner had to struggle to get to this bank and we only had this one window of time together to get this done. We live in separate states. We wanted to open two simple accounts. And we were told they don't have time. So then I said I have another small window tomorrow to get it done and she said maybe I don't know I can't promise anything. I asked can you give me a time frame how long will this take, I have a flight to catch so I need to know and she said I don't know. How do you NOT know how long it takes to open an account. YOU DO IT ON A DAILY BASIS. I bank with a bunch of banks and even I know that it does NOT take a hour. Chase, you need me, we don't need you. We are now going to stick with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. We thought we would add a chase account but not worth going through the trouble. I've been through several managers, bank tellers, etc but I've always thought that they always have people who know exactly what they're doing. I've known Maria for years and she's just wonderful. I've also visited other chase branches around the chino hills area but I have to admit that this branch is the best in customer service. I used to like coming to this bank, but the last several times I have come here on a weekend have been pretty horrible. There is always a wait and only one to two tellers at most. Today, I went in and waited for 15 minutes with one teller, but walked out when some young man walked in and went straight up to teller. He did not wait in line, but rather just walked right up to the counter. How rude! The teller just let him cut in front of everyone else that had been waiting for several minutes. I won't be coming back. I've had it with the slow service and lack of tellers. I went to the branch in Chino off of Grand Ave. near the 71 freeway and was in and out in two minutes. read more

The tellers at this chase bank aren't very bright. I wanted to order foreign currency and was asking the teller named Lily questions on if there are bank fees / charges and what not. She said there were no bank charges at all and neglected to say that there is a chase exchange rate which is much higher than market rate. She was misleading in her responses which is a very bad representation of a bank. Who wants to trust a bank with employees who lack rudimentary financial education? read more

She gets paid to be there so she really doesn't care if she has you going back and forth for something that has a simple solution. I have been using this branch of Chase since it opened inside Stater Bros. The staff is both professional and friendly. This week I inadvertently used a counterfeit $50 bill to pay for a purchase at Costco. The $50 came from the bank. Costco confiscated the bill and treated me like I was the counterfeiter. I told them I would like to return the phony money to my bank. Costco informed me they have to turn it in to the FBI... apparently they can take the money without realizing it is the Secret Service, not the FBI that investigates counterfeit money. I went back to Chase Bank and reported the incident with an iphone picture of the money, photocopy of the bill, and an incomplete receipt from Costco Rancho Cucamonga. The bank personnel were very understanding of my situation and refunded me the $50. Chase Bank scores a 10 on customer service and Costco comes in with a 0. read more
