I recently visited this branch and had an extremely disappointing experience due to the unprofessional and unhelpful attitude of an employee named Lulu. Her demeanor was unfriendly, and she displayed a lack of cooperation and professionalism throughout our interaction. She spoke in a rude manner and showed no willingness to assist customers. I totally agree with this statement not helping the guy teller as well very rude. Customer service is the key to keep your job going with a attitude like that makes you look at things differently. Chase charged my wife $25 per month to keep $11,500 in a premier account without notifying us at all. Basically, they lent out my money over and over again and made $1000 annually and another $300 from me. Ripped off corporate thieves. Closing accounts, refi mortgages, pay off auto loans. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible service. I have had Wells Fargo and they weren't even this bad at one point Chase was on their prime but at this moment, Chase has been absolutely extremely terrible. I was trying to get gas one day and I got a text message for $139 or something and it wanted me to confirm if this was fraud and I accidentally selected the wrong selection no big deal right I can just call Chase and verify with my Social Security number account number and my debit card number right and they can fix the problem. I was on the phone for a fucking hour and not a single human being that works for them was able to help me in the situation. They told me to go into the chase location in person and verify my identity. I walked in and I was greeted with the worst service imaginable I don't even remember the lady's name, but she was unprofessional and was trying to tell me what I should do and handle my banking status today. I have another situation which I need help and not a single person is available over the phone to assist with this situation. I have been calling and trying to reach customer service and not a single human being is available to help me with a situation what kind of banking service does that? I came into branch on Friday due to my account numbers were compromised by mailbox being broken into. Flor assisted me and she was amazing. It was a quick process where she opened a new checking and savings account where I was still able to use my debit card. Also helped me with mobile app for future home buying. Usually try to avoid this bank but after speaking to a representative which told us to come back and do a deposit and that we will not have any issues or problems BUT that's not the case! Didn't want to write a review bc of the bad service and me avoiding this bank anyways but today changed that. Great Location. Right off 71 fwy. Inside Chino Hills Marketplace with Smart & Finals, Rite Aid and Starbucks... Very clean and organized. Service was fast and friendly. Bank teller was helpful. Although it was Monday, but, no lines at all. Yayyy. My only gripe? Parking is toooo smalllll (minus 1 star). They repainted the parking spaces smaller so its can park more cars, I could barely got out of the car and I'm 120lbs. Other than that, would do business here again. read more

Just a quick use of their ATM. The ATMs are in the vestibule and you have to insert your card to gain access. Like any other ATM, insert card, enter pin, select service, service rendered, and out the door I went. Easy as pie! I do like vestibules that you have to insert a card. I feel safer. But is it really safer? I feel like I am. If some stranger is outside and I've withdrawn cash, I'd stay in the vestibule till the stranger is gone. I need to hang on to my hard earned money and don't need to get beat down by some stranger. read more

Chase was never among my favorite financial institutions, but in the past year or so they've been on an expansion binge. Unfortunately, while they opened new branches all over, they did put anywhere near enough money into their infrastructure. The net result of their recent expansion campaign is that online response time has ground to such a glacial pace that it sometimes takes 30 minutes just to log in via a browser, and hold times for talking to customer service via phone can be measured in hours... I've completely had it with being unable to contact Chase or access my account. I'm closing my account, and taking my money to someplace that pays decent interest rates and is at least minimally responsive. read more

Came of a friday night, around 15 minutes before they close and I was the only customer. There were only 2 teller and both of them was busy counting money. One teller look up and flag me to come to his window but no greetings, no introduction, no eye contact. All he said was... what can i help but he was busy looking down and counting his money. I get it that he wants to go home ontime and that he is great in multi-tasking but i found it rude to not even bother to make eye contact. Quick and convenient, parking can be kinda tough since it's shared with so many other places in the same lot. Air conditioner wasn't running when I was in there the last time, but you're only in there for a few minutes, depending on your transaction or number of, but the staff is friendly and I was on my way out with a smile :) read more

And I dont know why, but when you are banking in the color combo. of Navy Blue and Bright Yellow.... it just brighten up your mood! Stay away. Had an auto loan with them, made regular payments for two years. I've had a really bad month, and called to ask for a one week payment extension. Two transfers and 30 minutes on hold later, I'm told no. Never asked for an extension before, always made my payments on time, didn't matter. Their policy doesn't allow them to extend a payment deadline. Had the Auto Finance person just said no to start with, I'd be fine. Instead, he had to transfer me to someone that ended up having to transfer me just to answer a simple question, with a nice 30 minute wait added to boot.
