The fact is my home , I believe is approximately 1 hour from his office maybe problematic on showing the home often , I believe. The fact there are business cards from other realtors probably he hopes will help sell the property, that is not happening so far. The fact that you can see online and visits , he placed one table , one couch and area rub that are very shabby looking in my opinion. If I clicked on my property I would click through that's a very true fact. ( this was his so called ( staging ) My opinion is his concentration on homes he sells are higher end homes closer to his office. I don't think he is using the furniture in my home at these particular homes , I think. Fact is he suggested to me to lower my price two times I did , I have had one low offer he said he would not have let me accept that offer. Calling his office don't frustrate yourself, Jennifer is either out and will call back or in a meeting my opinion on that is well you can connect the dots. Susan who worked in their office was the absolute star BEST property manager I have EVER worked with and that's been lots , I did own the largest landscaping company in Long Beach. The fact I feel there is nothing I can do is making life after brain surgery very confusing. I do give businesses opportunities to be better. I LOVE GIVING POSITIVE UPDATES to original negative ones.

The bathrooms were clean , and yes they flush , not a portable potty. There is a small play area for kids and some benches with Barbecues. If you need the code for the gate the lodge will provide. If you are a local, contact the ALA . You can fish here, but there are signs everywhere saying do not eat what you catch and NO swimming. There are pretty foul life such as ducks and some geese , but the fish don't look so good . I saw at lease 5 dead catfish and 3 carp fish floating on the water. The water is very murky and dirty looking. It didn't smell though, and there was no trash in it. So the lake is look but don't touch status.

It's worn down and needs upkeep. The map they give to the pool is completely WRONG! The surroundings are beautiful and the temperatures in the evenings are nice, but it's hard to read or watch tv with all the noisy neighbors! And for some reason some units have garages and others don't! We did not get to have one but I don't know why. There seems to be quite a discrepancy between units. Also, only one car per unit is provided with a parking space and any other cars have to park quite a ways away! Because of Covid they had removed all games and books and movies. The unit looks pretty clean but the bathtub upstairs needs some elbow grease and a Mr. Clean eraser! It's dirty! TV channels are very limited and the screen in the living room is TINY!! After spending a week there I still feel they need a lot of upgrading- faucets, fixtures need replacing. The flow of water from the shower head was terrible!! Needs new shower heads and more pressure! The walkway down to the parking needed repairs and the railings needed some scrubbing! We couldn't use the fireplace which was a bummer. It did get quite cool a couple evenings we were there in August. It would have been nice. The kitchen is very tiny but seemed to have all that you would need. We ate out for dinner since two people really couldn't be in the kitchen at the same time! Overall it was an ok space, but with Lake Arrowhead being a private Lake, I'd go somewhere else. Like Big Bear.

Fresh cut log benches set in stadium seating facing the alter which was overlooking Lake Arrowhead. You felt like you were floating in the clouds. The main house is beautifully decorated inside and out with a gorgeous outdoor fireplace and large deck where we had our reception. We had our first dance in front of the lit fireplace outside. More than enough room to sleep multiple people or even families. The guest house is huge and more than accommodated our family members plus there are two "tree houses" and a tee-pee on the property as well! All of them have electricity and beds. On top of the place being gorgeous, everyone was so nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. Always on call if you have a question or need anything. It was just perfect. We stayed for 5 days but honestly wished we would have stayed longer. Highly recommend Pine Mountain for your next family vacation, wedding or just to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city below. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding so very special. It is something I will treasure always.

So, whether you want to do every activity available, or you want to spend the entire 4 days resting in your cabin, or somewhere in between, they've got you covered. The daily buffets will leave you (and your pants) feeling like you just came off a cruise ship. The entire staff is amazing. Be sure to tip well! They all deserve it. They have a drop slot at the front desk where you can leave a tip envelope at the end of your stay. I love coming back each year and seeing familiar faces. It's nice that the staff remembers us as well. They take the comment cards seriously, as they are always trying to improve their services. And they do their best to accommodate special requests as well! Just for giggles, I submitted a request for the honor bar via email. And I was very happily surprised when the item I requested was ready and waiting for me! I wish I had known about Bruin woods when I was at ucla. In addition the Oktoberfest in the village was a blast, and the people were so great! There was such fantastic shopping, That I had to get matching plaid outfits for my three-year-old twin grandkids! Appliances and TVs are all new. High speed Wi-Fi. Great deck, fireplace, and a fire ring outside. You'll have lake rights to get to the water. We went to Gate 54 at Tavern Bay. Very nice. There are also 3 new Pickleball courts at a park 15 minutes away by car. Don't bother walking to the lake or village. All downhill to get there thus all uphill back. Now the downsides. Awful driveway. Super steep and you need a running start. We got stuck and needed AAA. There are 34 stairs up from the road to the entrance. Stairs are falling apart with nails sticking up, a couple of broken treads. Then another set of stairs to get to the second floor with narrow treads. Overall, still recommended if you don't mind all the stairs and you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle for the driveway. Those two items would preclude our return.
