HUGE thank you to the contents team! We recently had a 3…read morestory flood in our house and had to pack out two levels. Paul Davis was prompt and got everything taken care of. The crew that came out followed local and CDC COVID guidelines while onsite. They were professional, friendly, paid attention to detail, nose the grindstone and treated our house and property with respect. Everything was wrapped so nicely, nothing broken. Thank you for the help! In all the chaos, it was nice to know that my contents were in good hands and I didn't have to worry about trying to figure out how to do it on my own. Very thankful for Paul Davis and the team!

They didn't take care in keeping our home safe…read more Id give Mathew, a 5 day one. He was first on The scene at accident. It's a bad situation when he showed up. I was crying. He was understanding Curtis and Jesse a 4 point for being helpful, during packout. They were genuinely nice but the people in charge of the project and estimates a 2 or 3. I felt left out of the loop. Jared doesn't provide clearly written documentation or accurate and clearly understandable estimate by insurance. By not completing the board up, we lost over $7500 in contents stolen out of our home. Burglars broke in. Doors and windows not secured by boards were the source of entry. I'll have to file a claim to repair or replace two windows and a garage door break ins. The lack of communication in storage fees is a big issue, a hostage situation. Make sure you get an estimate of cost of storage as that will be a surprise. They are paid over $80 per hour to packout personal belongings and document what they boxed up and stored with IDENTIFIABLE photos of each item, they failed to accomplish this. They did not fulfill their obligation to accurately document ALL items with photos what we own. Not a big box or a pile of stuff that you don't know what you're looking at! Thing's became mysteriously missing. The first thing that happened was I asked them not to break my grandmother's vase which they did. They also threw a very important antique table out on The lawn without regard and took it. I think overall, the emergency services were helpful to a degree but we didn't call them (when the truck hit our cars, that hit my car, that went into the kitchen and basement),;they just showed up and took over. I think they've been called ambulance chaser's. I'm sympathetic to their employees because some people that' work there were very kind to me in a horrible situation. At the scene, Mathew was a blessing. And packout, Curtis and Jesse were great. But some of the others not as much. They can do much better with honest communication. And provide 100% transparency as there should not be anything to hide.

Are you here because something just went wrong in your house, and you're kind of freaking out?…read moreStop, and call these people. These are your people. Our toilet overflowed and left water in the ceiling. I called them and explained, and Ian worked it out so that he could come check it out the next day. I didn't know the first thing about what to do, how insurance works, needing to immediately mitigate, anything. Ian gave me the honest advice and I can tell you from the other side of mitigation--9 affected areas later--trusting him paid off. Start to finish, everyone we interacted with was down to earth and honest and just was on their shit. As someone who is cynical about business and insurance, these dudes were quite literally like my advocates with the whole process, insurance steps included. They made sure they were there bright and early when the insurance adjuster came.. all of it. I immediately trusted them for advice. At the end, Aris came along just to help us with the next steps of reconstruction--something DryTime doesn't even necessarily do themselves. He just wanted us to be set up for everything. Even the weekend people who came to check how the moisture was dissipating were awesome. Text me to let me know they locked up behind them when I had to leave before them. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I can't say enough good things about the people that were all up in my business for days. I was really happy to have them on our side. Shouting out the people from DryTime who saved our butts in no particular order: Ian Jesse Markees Josh Ashton Corey Aris Mark Seriously, thanks guys. If you're currently needing some kind of water damage mitigation... CALL THEM.

He spent a while here so they charged another $100. He left and the toilet overflowed again. True to their word, he was called back for no charge. They took the toilet off again and did the power snake from the septic system. This seemed to do the trick, but he recommended we call AAA septic since our system was full. If this was the end, I would have rated them well. I found a leak in a pipe and instead of fixing while here they said, just wait and see if it stops. It didn't and they came back and charged another $250 for a service call for a 10 minute job to reseal the pipe. Then AAA came out and drained the septic for $800. They were going to come back and flush the system. When the did, they relayed that the city should have done this for free and they can't touch the system. Neither AAA or ServPro recognized this so that's why it's on this review. I had to have another plumber come out, scope and flush the line for yet another $600. Something that should have cost $750 ended up costing me a few thousand. When I called to complain, Grant never called back.

Just a few quick words about ServPro of Vancouver:…read more Obviously nobody wants to have to a disaster in their home like we did, but thankfully, ServPro fixed everything in minimal time and the job they did was fantastic! We called right after an upstairs flood. Andrew, a Technician, was on call and called us back immediately. Andrew came out right away, accompanied by Cody. Both were knowledgeable, professional, respectful (wore face masks during COVID pandemic) and thorough - putting us immediately at ease about all of our worries. In the end, they were careful to only tear down the minimal amount of drywall necessary. Erica in the office handled the insurance and helped us through the process. Hopefully it will be a long time before we have any further flooding or emergencies, but we would certainly use ServPro of Vancouver again if we had to. Highly recommend!!! Julie Lawrence
