I would give them zero stars if I could. I took a pair of my husbands suit pants there and their machinery caused a small hole next to the side pocket. The owner called and was not willing to compensate us for the damage, so I said i would come pick the pants up and go elsewhere for my cleaning needs in the future. When I got to the store, the pants were not there. They couldn't find them and said they must have sent them home with someone else on accident. This was 6 weeks ago. I made multiple attempts to call and ask for an update on if they found them, or if they were going to compensate us for the missing pants. Nothing. No call from the owner and repeated attempts to dismiss me when I called. Please don't use these people for your cleaning needs. There are much better Services out there. read more

I really wanted to like this place and had high hopes, but was hesitant after reading another review about a spot left on their iten. I took a brand new white down comforter in for a dry clean before I used it. First, they told me it was going to be ready after 5:00 on XX day. I got there a little after 5:00 on that day and he said, "No, it won't be ready til tomorrow. " That was my first annoyance. When I picked up my item the next day, I saw faint blackish spots all over this brand new comforter. I was not pleased and stopped by to tell them. The man told me to bring it in so they could see and fix it. I was apprehensive, but took it in again. When I picked it up he said they got the spots out and if there were any problems still, to let them know. The spots are still there and my brand new comforter is ruined. I didn't feel like lugging it back in and at this point decided my only recourse is to get a duvet although I didn't want to cover it. I gave 2 stars for at least their effort to make it right, but I won't go back. read more

Horrible experience, I would say the worst I've ever had with dry cleaners. I took my duvet cover there. They returned it with disgusting brown stains like someone stepped on it and then washed the toilet with it. I am not sure if I can recover the duvet cover; it might be permanently ruined. This is the most horrible cleaners ever!!! Do not go! I dropped my jeans off there, and asked them to be dry cleaned. She must have laundered them and now they are capris!!! I paid $250 on these jeans, and I don't expect them to be capris! It doesn't matter what the employee said, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO DEAL WITH CLOTHING!! I keep giving them an opportunity to get my dry cleaning right, it always fail. They are close and convenient but I'm done using them. The owner is super nice but the guy that is at the counter went as far as telling me that I could find another place if I don't like their work. I have had the wrong clothes included in my dry cleaning, so I can only imagine who has gotten my clothes by mistake. My suit jackets often come back with deodorant stains still on them. I have to return them every time. Decided to go elsewhere and have not had to return anything. What a difference. Save yourself time, avoid this place. read more

I started taking my Mens button up shirts to get laundered and pressed at Arts Cleaners on Independence Pkwy in Frisco and every shirt has came out smelling clean and pressed really nice. If you bring atleast 5 button up shirts it is $1.29 each shirt. It might go up if you read this review a couple of years from now. Thats worth it not having to iron shirts. I hate ironing shirts. I drop them off in the evening and they are ready the next day after 5pm. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I have been back 3 times over the past 3 weeks. I have returned several times and they tried to give me an old comforter that they found lying in a corner somewhere. They have never found mine and refuse to provide compensation. I LOVE coming here. The staff and owners are very friendly and know my family by name. I felt like they were family when I left the first time when dropping off clothes! After living in the area for 9 years, we have used many dry cleaners and have had issues/clothes messed up/bad customer service. We tried Art Cleaners one time, and will never go anywhere else.
