I do a lot of research before I give anyone my business. This place had some really good reviews but don't let that fool you, they don't care about their customers. I brought in brand new Pottery Barn drapes and the chain of events that ensued is why I will never return: I was told they would be ready by Tuesday. I arrived and was told they would not be ready until the next day. No biggie, I did not want them to rush on such a delicate item. Came back the next day, dark red stains on one drape and what looks like scuff marks on the other. I was understandably a little frustrated but no biggie, let's see if they make it right. Brought them back on Friday morning, they said they could fix it no problem and would have them ready by Saturday. I arrived Saturday and they were not ready. Okay cool, came back Monday and the stains were still there! The lady was apologetic said she would oversee them personally. I remained professional every time while still holding them accountable. Finally came back today, for the 5th time! Thankfully the stains were no where to be seen. However, I asked the gentleman if I could at least be refunded for just the cleaning of these drapes for my trouble. Thinking maybe he would counter with a credit or something to my account. This guy laughed in my face and said that wasn't happening. THAT is why I am not coming back. Super unprofessional!

Example of window prices that are not available

This location and their other one on Trinity Mills advertise men's laundered shirts for $1.59 but that is intentional false advertising- laundered shirts are now over $4 each but the owner refuses to change the price because it tricks people to bring their laundry in- more profit from lying- I called and she refuses to change the signs painted on her front windows- there is no $2.99 dry cleaning either- it also starts over $4 per item

I brought my leather jacket in to dry clean but everdently they ruined it so they said they will replace it so I give them 3 weeks ever since then they give me run around so I don't want any one to through what I did . Don't go there

I found Discount Cleaners to be efficient and professional. I searched Yelp (duh) and submitted an online quote on 2 separate occasions for sewing repairs for my favorite wool winter coat and little black dress that required many stitching tears. They were prompt and thorough with their responses which was greatly appreciated. I would have moved on, if that wasn't the case. The owner and staff who work here were very pleasant at both drop off and pick up. The turnaround was as stated and my pieces looked as good as new. Pricing was higher than I wished to pay, but the service is so amazing and hassle-free that I'm convinced I honestly got what I paid for. I highly recommend them if they're near you. As long as I'm living around these parts, they'll be my go-to for any special cleanings or repairs.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. I am absolutely disgusted by my experience and would not trust this…read morebusiness to clean anything that touches my body. I specifically drove from Southlake to Irving because the owner, Ahmad Farzana, quoted me $16.99 each to clean four double-lined Pottery Barn curtain panels. Every cleaner nearby wanted over $40 per panel, so I thought I had found a great deal. Instead, I wasted my time, gas, and approximately $75 for curtains that, based on the condition in which they were returned to me, were not cleaned AT ALL. I waited five days, drove all the way back to Irving to pick them up, brought them home, removed the plastic, and was honestly in complete shock. THEY WERE STILL DIRTY, DUSTY, AND COVERED IN PET HAIR (I don't have pets) AND OTHER DEBRIS. Even more disgusting, there were dark human hairs on them that were not mine most likely from laying on their dirty floors. They appeared as though they had simply been pressed, put back on hangers, covered in dry-cleaning plastic, and handed back to me. I immediately called the owner and requested a refund. He insisted that he had personally cleaned them and told me I was welcome to bring them back. Absolutely not. I already drove approximately 40 minutes each way TWICE and went five days without curtains in my living room. Why would I make another 80-minute round trip, wait again, and trust the same business to redo a service when I have no confidence was performed the first time? I then sent the owner photos and videos documenting exactly how the curtains were returned to me. His response was that I should have told him beforehand that there were "stains." I'm sorry--isn't removing dirt and stains literally the purpose of professional cleaning? And these supposed "stains" included a few marks from WASHABLE Crayola marker from my toddler. I sprayed Dawn dish soap on one of the marks at home and it disappeared immediately. (See video). But forget the washable marker for a minute. Explain the dust, dirt, pet hair, human hair and debris that were still on curtains I had just paid a professional cleaner to clean. That is what disgusts me the most. If a business advertises unusually inexpensive dry-cleaning prices, customers should still be able to expect that their belongings are actually being CLEANED. Pressing something, putting it on a hanger and wrapping it in plastic does not make a dirty item clean. I have photos, videos, my receipt and my communications with the owner documenting this entire experience, including the condition in which the curtains were returned. I will be submitting a formal consumer complaint to the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division regarding the service I paid for and the condition in which my belongings were returned. I will also be contacting the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Dry Cleaner Registration Program to verify that this location is properly registered and operating in compliance with Texas requirements applicable to dry-cleaning facilities. BUYER BEWARE. Based on my experience, I would NEVER bring a shirt, dress, bedding, curtains, or anything else here--especially something that touches my skin. If four curtain panels can come back from a professional cleaner still dirty, dusty and covered in unknown hair, I have absolutely no confidence in the cleanliness of anything coming out of this establishment. I drove out of my way because the price seemed like a great deal. It wasn't. Cheap dry cleaning isn't a bargain if your belongings come back dirty. I would gladly have paid the $40+ per panel somewhere else had I known this would be the result. I strongly recommend taking your belongings--and your money--somewhere else.

Recently, I've been having some issues with buttons being damaged during dry cleaning. I didn't make much of an issue about it, but finally, when it ended up being 7 of my shirts, I went there this week to ask them to repair the buttons. The lady (I believe her name is Amy) told me that it had been too long and that she would need to talk to her tailor and let me know how much it would cost. If this was there policy, that is fine. I was willing to pay for the buttons so that I can wear these 7 shirts. Amy called me the next day and said that they would replace the buttons for free. I was very happy to hear this and thought they handled the situation very well. I was impressed with their customer service. When I arrived today to pick up the 7 shirts and 1 slacks, they were repaired. They then said that I had a bill of $12.38 for dry cleaning. For 8 items, I thought this was a fair price. But, when I looked at the receipt, only 2 items were cleaned. They charged me $5.49 per item. Since they have been damaging my shirts and their costs for dry cleaning are ridiculous, they have lost me as a customer. There are many other dry cleaning stores available and I will take my business elsewhere. I don't want to pay over $5 per item for dry cleaning. I've attached a copy of the receipt to show the breakdown.
