Never had to write a review, especially a bad one before, but I DO NOT recommend this place! $20 for losing my dress strap, leaving dents all over the material, and an iron board print is insanity. I had to go back to the store 4 separate times because they couldn't fix all my issues, that THEY caused, in one visit. Maybe it's my fault for not checking the review because how can you mess up dry cleaning SO BADLY, SO PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM with your belongings!! My dress was only worn ONCE for a wedding reception and costed me $170 and I can no longer wear it to future formal events. I went to millennium cleaners by target. I asked the employee/owner " this is a western shirt, will you please please please use extra extra heavy starch" I even provided him with an example of how cowboys starch and crease their jeans and shirts. The best reference you can give someone is that it will literally stand up in a corner on its own. I paid and he said it will be ready by 5:00 the next day. I arrived at 5:45 the next day to pick up my work shirt. The shirt was still wet like it was pulled from the washer. There was not an ounce of starch and there were absolutely no creases. I literally went to work with a wrinkled, soaking wet, shirt with out any creases. Lesson learned I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN. read more

Picking up and dropping off is very convenient! Clothes were done nice and clean. The owner remembers almost every client, and refers them by their names! The only thing is, I recently bought a brand new dress that worth $500+ and took it here to dry clean it. I still had the extra buttons along with the price tag on it and totally forgot when I dropped it off. My old dry cleaning place always kept tagged items in a separate plastic baggy in case I wanted back, but this place threw it right away. It's my mistake if I really wanted to keep them, I should have clear out my pockets or remove any tagged items myself before dropped them off. I just didn't expect them to discard without asking... I do a lot of research before I give anyone my business. This place had some really good reviews but don't let that fool you, they don't care about their customers. I brought in brand new Pottery Barn drapes and the chain of events that ensued is why I will never return: I was told they would be ready by Tuesday. I arrived and was told they would not be ready until the next day. No biggie, I did not want them to rush on such a delicate item. Came back the next day, dark red stains on one drape and what looks like scuff marks on the other. I was understandably a little frustrated but no biggie, let's see if they make it right. Brought them back on Friday morning, they said they could fix it no problem and would have them ready by Saturday. I arrived Saturday and they were not ready. Okay cool, came back Monday and the stains were still there! The lady was apologetic said she would oversee them personally. I remained professional every time while still holding them accountable. Finally came back today, for the 5th time! Thankfully the stains were no where to be seen. However, I asked the gentleman if I could at least be refunded for just the cleaning of these drapes for my trouble. Thinking maybe he would counter with a credit or something to my account. Firstly, I really value supporting small businesses so I hate to leave reviews like this but this situation was big enough to be sure to mention. I dropped my winter puffer jacket off in July to get cleaned. It had an oil stain and I asked the front desk employee to make note of it. I thought nothing of taking my time to pick it up since I didn't need it for some time. I also previously worked at a dry cleaner and remembered that if we were going to get rid of clothes that were not picked up, we'd call the customers. I went back maybe around October to get my jacket. The stain was still on it. Annoyed, I pointed it out and asked if it could be cleaned again. They agreed but told me to keep my same ticket. I went back to get it 12/7/23 and the front desk employee wasn't able to find it. He requested I come back the next morning. When I did, the (I'm assuming this person was the manager) informed me that because the jacket had been there for over two months it was donated to a church. I was shocked by this since I had never received any communication in this regard. She pointed out that the back of the receipt states that they will only keep the item for two months. She then let me know "I was in luck" because the items had just been picked up that week so there was a possibility she could get them to return my jacket. I asked her if the protocol was for someone to call, she said sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. She mentioned that she has 5 stores, I guess implying that they're too busy to call. She told me she'd call me the next day to follow-up on the status, never got a call. I called everyday asking for the manager to get an update, one time I was actually hung up on. 12/13/23 i finally was able to talk to her and she did let me know the church still had it. She shared her contact with me and I texted her a photo of my jacket. This morning I received the good news that they had my jacket back at the Dry Cleaners. I go to pick it up and the manager keeps mentioning how lucky I am and I was still asked to pay for the cleaning. Not once did anyone apologize for giving my clothes away. I'm grateful they did put the effort in to find and get my jacket returned to me but I will never be using them for dry cleaning services again due to how poorly they handled this situation. I meant to write this review in August lol I bought a dress online and realized it had a small hole, I was leaving to Vegas that same day so I needed it fixed at the last minute if possible! I pulled up to Millennium Dry Cleaners, a lady by the name of Kim came out and said she can fix it right then. My dress was fixed in less than a 10 minutes! Kim is super sweet! This cleaners and it's sister store S&L Cleaners were to alter a pair of pants for me and I was promised that they would be ready after 5 on Wednesday, September 27. I went to S&L to pick up the pants which were being altered at Millennium and was told their delivery truck was broken down on the side of the road and asked to return at 7 to pick up my clothing. When I arrived, I was told the pants were still not there and was told by the owner of Millennium and S&L that they would deliver my pants before the end of the night. I waited until 11 P.M. and still hadn't heard anything. The next day I was suppose to leave Dallas for a business trip; however, after calling repeatedly to find out where my things were, I was told around 10 a.m. that Millennium had just finished altering the pants and I needed to drive to Lewisville to pick up my item. I am now 4 hours late to departing for my work event due to the the two owners lying continuously about the finished product. If they would have simply told me the truth, I would not be so angry and disappointed. DO NOT use this cleaners or it's sister store, S&L in Carrollton. Very professional, friendly, and fantastic customer service! We were in a bind as our son needed alterations to his marching band jacket for their first full dress game in 3 days time. The jacket needed to be expanded somehow since he had grown since 2019. Took in the jacket and the owner/tailor Kim suggested I bring my son by so she could have a look at it on him. Came back in and she patiently tried on the jacket, checked the fit at the neck, chest, sleeves, and waist, then suggested she could insert a lycra panel in the back with a zipper to remedy the problem. I took my son back to their shop 2 days later to try on the altered jacket. Perfect fit! And a little room in case he needs it for his Senior year in 2023. My wife was enormously happy and we are both excited to find such a great tailor near Carrollton. I also had a favorite pair of seersucker shorts that had a tear in the back and she fixed them right up -- you can barely tell they were ever ripped. Look no further, this is the place. Absolutely horrible! I dropped off my dress pants on Monday morning. I was told they would be ready after 5pm that day. I went Wednesday at 11am to pick them up, they said they weren't ready yet, but they would be after 5pm that day. They called at 4:40pm and said they couldn't find them and asked if they could have a couple more days. Ummm, these are for my brother's funeral. They advised me to stop by at 9am today. I was greeted by Jasmine, extremely rude, unprofessional, confrontational, she kept asking me for a receipt for what I paid (why would I keep the receipt?) I showed her a picture with the price. Again, I need the receipt or they can't reimburse me. Helllooo- you LOST my pants. At this point they are considered stolen. I literally was in tears from the harassment from Jasmine. Questioning my integrity- when they are the ones who lied! Finally a nice young man said to her we need to do something. Thank you, at least one person had some common sense. When you leave your clothes there, you can not expect to get them all back . I left them once and then decided to give them a second chance and it has just happened again with a very expensive shirt. I have been going to this cleaners for about three years. Within the last year their customer services has gone down hill. The last time I ever went to them, they treated me terrible. I dropped my jeans off on a Tuesday morning to get altered. They said they would be ready at 5PM on Thursday. I go in at 5PM on Thursday they say they are not ready, come back tomorrow. I go in 4PM on Friday the same guy tells me to come back in a hour they will be ready. He just needed to finish pressing them and hanging them on hanger. So I came back at 5PM. A girl tells me I need to come tomorrow. At this moment I am livid. I told the girl what the previous guy told me and she was like 'Umm He leaves at 430.' She tells me to hold on and for the next 20 minutes I wait for them to find my jeans. They finally come walking up throwing them onto a hanger. Not one sorry, not one thank you. I had been a customer since around 2006. Note that I used past tense. On my most recent and last visit I was so disappointed. I was picking up a skirt and blouse that I had dropped off on a Friday evening after work. There was a girl standing at the counter typing on her register keyboard who never once looked up to greet or acknowledge my presence. Finally another worker came rushing in from the side door where they do curbside delivery and he went to the other register. Did he see me standing there waiting? Yes. Did he greet me? No. He rushed out again and then when he finally came back I finally received a greeting. He did not apologize for leaving me standing there. Then he took forever to get my 2 items. I sat on their little desk and wasted their cheap little lollipops while he wasted my time and the other girl continued to ignore me. I decided, you waste my time, I waste your candy. Wow! What awesome service! I do not need a dry cleaner often given my profession and that my uniform is medical scrubs. However, there are a few times every year where I need to get in my best attire for certain events. So, after finally using my "fancy pants" attire I needed to get them dry cleaned. It has been a few years and my favorite shirt over time had buttons that were cracked and in need of replacement. So when I brought my shirt in I asked Kim the owner to replace the buttons, and this shirt is unique and has a ton of buttons in several random places, if different sizes. Initially she had trouble finding enough and we agreed that if she could find a good match it was okay to replace them all. Well I came to pick up my shirt today and it looks better now then when it was new! Kim (the owner) and Bryanna her front counter clerk were super friendly, providing excellent service. My shirt and the other articles (suit and 2 sweaters) were cleaned and pressed to perfection. Overall cost was very reasonable for the services I received. I would highly recommend this dry cleaners. I don't use dry cleaners often but when I do it is for articles of clothing that are special to me and not everyday wear. I'll certainly return and recommend their services to anyone in the area! You will not be disappointed! Better yet it is a locally owned operation, with a quick turn around time, easy pickup and drop off location. They advertised delivery services also! I was aproached by a gentleman at the drive thru with a smile and willingness to welcome me as a new costumer..I asked him a couple of questions about their process and such...he was so prompt...knowledgeable, and very costumer service professional, that made me feel absolutely relaxed. He explained how their system and turn around works, and after our short conversation I was fully aware that I was in good hands. I asked if he was the owner or manager, and he explained that he wasn't, but to be absolutely sure that my business with them would satisfie me as a costumer...I picked up my clothes the next day and cant stop smilling. I have tried to take closed in twice and both times i tried to drop a shirt and pants to be pressed and they want more than 24 hours to press. At first i thought it was a miss understanding because they had a couple of people in there but the 2nd time same answer they want more that 24 hours to do the cleaning. Decided to give them a try for the first time and just thought I would let others know that most of the items are NOT $2.19. Their prices are about the same as most other Dry Cleaners. In addition, I noticed that my receipt stated that I was charged an additional fee (Env. fee of 4%). The lady at the counter was not rude, but acted more like a robot. On two consecutive trips, I was given an article of clothing that didn't belong to me and missing something that did. One time, I actually had to go to the back and look for my own shirt. I had used this cleaners for 5 years! I took 2 blouses for dry cleaning. When I got them back the pleats were mostly gone. I took them back and they said they would try to fix them. After 5 days, I called to see if they were ready. They were still wet and on a hanger and still did not fix the problem. They steamed them, which took the pleats out permanently and lost beads on one of them. They never tried to make this right, so they lost a good customer. Do NOT use them for delicate items. We have been customers here since 2007 but after our last visit 3 weeks ago, we will NEVER return! The reason for NEVER returning is because they failed to return my husband's three dress shirts, one pair of suit pants and another pair of my suit pants. After speaking to the manager (Jose) we were finally "escalated" to the owner (Tony Saki). Tony asked us to give him a week to locate the clothing. We complied but then after another week passed he informed us that his "accountant" has advised him that we can not be reimbursed for our clothing but rather provide him with the brand and style of clothing and they will go purchase our clothing!!!!???
