This is the last car my mom plans on having and Sean helped her find the perfect one. He was very patient with her and went above and beyond to give her a wonderful sales experience. She never felt pressured. She said she felt respected and well taken care of. When we picked up the car yesterday, Sean sat in the car with her for an hour and went over all the features and technology until she was comfortable. They check in and will also have a specialist reach out to answer any further questions after getting familiar with the vehicle. They provided me with a little note book to write down any questions for the specialist. BMW didn't do that back when had purchased one. I sat and sat and Lou walked by me several times with no acknowledgment whatsoever. He was still helping a customer which is understandable however I am there to test drive a vehicle I just need a set of keys and yet you ignored me for 30 mins and never said "I will be right with you". I have no patience for poor customer service and I am not that desperate for a vehicle so I left. Very odd experience which tells me I need to go elsewhere.

He thoroughly went over what steps would take and gave me options and price compared. I waited in the room for a bit and there were bagels and donuts! My car was estimated to take 1-2 days but was ready for pickup four hours later! I was also given a rental car to use (my car is leased). Would definitely use this location for the future.
