I'm a non-local that used Artbeat for metal printing in Utah. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. I used another print shop for a few prints as well as I was doing a gallery, and I have to say I liked Artbeat more. Though a bit more expensive, I thought the final product was top notch. I will continue to use them for my more prestigious prints, but probably stick to the cheaper shop for the ordinary. I will say as well that once I was able to get them on the phone they were very helpful in helping me choose the type of metal and materials going into the print, specific to the picture I was printing off. We recently remodeled our home to match where we live - by the coast! The quality of the HD acrylic from Artbeat Studios are amazing. Great quality and the prints are so much better than canvas. We get many compliments on all of these pictures. We have a beautiful ocean wave in the master bedroom, which is relaxing and so vivid with the HD acrylic. We can pick our own picture (usually from Shutterstock, which are reasonably priced). My daughter (a 3D artist) may make some minor adjustments to match the color theme. Then Artbeat Studios prints them on HD acrylic or HD acrylic 360 they turn out amazing. You feel you are at the beach and can step into the scenes. Artbeat Studios have great videos that explain each type of print. The art is shipped in a very sturdy wood container and the service is outstanding. Ordered a few HD metal prints and a couple of metallic photo prints from Artbeat and I couldn't be happier. The online customization and purchase process was super easy, they are super friendly and great at communication, and the lead time was reasonable. I see some reviews referencing a long turnaround time, but our photo prints were ready the next day and the metal prints a couple of days later. I just received my prints on metal from Artbeat Studios. Wow! They look incredible! I did a lot of research to find the best company to do our family pictures on metal. After reading many reviews from professional photography sites that gave Artbeat Studios raving reviews, I went forward with my order. I could not be happier with the value and service I received. I want to make sure I point out that their packing method was second to none. My order included a 20x30 print and 3 8x10 prints. They came wrapped in styrofoam padding, and taped to a panel of 1/4 inch wood. Wow! It took me 15 minutes just to get them untaped and unwrapped. Don't get me wrong, I am NOT complaining. They were so securely attached and protected, I think the only way anything could have happened to them if if the delivery truck was in a catastrophic accident or perhaps a F5 tornado. I can't express how much I appreciate that! I've had so many things damaged in shipping from other companies that their method was such a breath of fresh air. Pure genius! Refunded my order, and also has been in touch with me on the progress of my print. The communication from him has been very welcomed, and he's treated me with nothing but respect, and I'm satisfied with how he's handled this situation. They are a smaller lab, and may not have the experience and turnaround capabilities as others...but as I've said before, their products are absolutely gorgeous. For a lab that does such beautiful work, I really hope that in the future, their turnaround times get much better, because I would love to get more of these gorgeous prints. I have ordered several prints for samples and for my clients from Artbeat in a variety of media and sizes. I have not been disappointed in any of them. In particular, the metal and acrylic prints are just stunning. Colors are very accurate and the edge finishing on the acrylic prints is amazing. The assembly workmanship is very good and the frames are very sturdy. I had the first batch of prints shipped to me to check out the packaging quality. Extremely careless folks. Customer service is a hit or miss. The prints are beautiful. Their 5-7 day SLA is consistently over 3 weeks. Not once I have received the prints in 2 weeks times in the last 1 year (4 orders). You can't do anything about it no matter what. When I had reached out to them to remind them of my order, they react as if they are doing me a favor 3 weeks after the order and send a tracking number. I have printed with them 4 times in one year. 2 times prints took more than a month to receive. I changed my review based on the call from customer service earlier. They repeated it again. I would like to use them as my go-to lab for all large format photo prints but 4-5 weeks of SLA and the frustration of dealing with delays and excuses are not worth the effort. In addition the last-minute escalation and rush printing make me think they will compromise on the quality of the print. read more

Boooooooooooooooooo! I wish I could give Zero stars. Do not believe the other positive write-ups, based on how few there are, and my experience, I have to believe that some of them (not all) are planted reviews. BEWARE. I have never written a bad YELP review in my life. I normally leave good ones, or none at all. In this case, I wish I had seen one like this to keep me from wasting my time on this vendor. My experience. On 12/15/18, I placed an order for a canvas. This was the main holiday gift for my Mother in Law. I paid a large fee to have it shipped in 2 business days. My confirmation email also said that I would get an email with a tracking number. I never got the email with tracking and my order NEVER ARRIVED. I called "customer service" - to learn that 1) what I ordered takes 5 to 7 days to manufacture. She seemed to be VERY CONFUSED when I asked, why would you offer 2-day shipping, at a very high rate, for something that takes 5 to 7 days to even be made. Her answer was, "Well, we ship all over the nation." All I can do is laugh, as that has nothing to do with my question. I asked her for a refund. She didn't offer a confirmation number or any evidence that my call asking for a refund even happened. She told me not to worry, and that it will show up on my statement. But...the tracking email never showed up, nor did the canvas...why would this be any different? This call with her took place on 12/26/18, and FYI, my canvas still hasn't been made. read more

OK, I just got my second piece from these guys. It's an acrylic that shows a high contrast scene that's basically black and bright yellow (fire). It is STUNNING. I had it delivered to my office and my co-workers served as a nice "focus group" of sorts. They were very interested in the piece. They hovered at my desk and gawked for 15 or 20 minutes, asking a million questions, all while never taking their eyes off the piece. The level of detail these guys kept is phenomenal. This particular piece is basically a bursting flame in the dark. 60% of the photo is darkness with a bright fire in the middle. Almost everyone commented on how nice the black sections looked. They were described as a beautiful "deep black". I couldn't be happier with the work ArtBeatStudios has done. They took my photo and turned it into something gorgeous, a wall worthy piece of art. The mount on the back is great. It's a very clean look with wood, and what feels like a rubber coated steel cable. I literally walked in the door and hung it on a nail. I didn't have to do anything to get it ready, the hardware is already attached. Additionally, they packed it better than I would have. If the postal truck wrecked I'm sure my print would have arrived in good shape, it was packed that well. They told me up front they were a little busy, and sent me an e-mail halfway through that reiterated that they were busy but that they were working on my order. It's a small company that is growing (and for good reason...they rock!) so I'm totally cool with not calling and hassling them every day about my order. If Michelangelo had been bugged every day about when he'd be done, then the Sistine Chapel would never have been painted!!! Be patient with these guys and you will be tremendously rewarded. If you like having great companies to deal with, support great companies as they are growing!!! I paid good money, and got a great product. Use these guys. They are solid, solid, solid!!! read more

We ordered about 12 metal prints to decorate our office and not only was everyone so helpful in guiding me through the process and helping decide what would be the best choice in regards to print details (white metal, silver metal, glossy,flat, etc), but they also offered us a lower rate for having ordered over 10 prints (and btw, even their regular rate was less than a competitors "bulk rate"). No one will answer the phone at Artbeat and the only person I did finally get a hold of promised the order was being shipped out. It took nearly a month to receive my metallic print, and I can't say I'm thrilled with the results. I uploaded an 80+ megapixel image to be printed from their website and the final result is very soft, borderline blurry. Colors are fine (given my image was black and white), but I was expecting more. I can't recommend them based on my experience. read more
