I have been an adorama pix and bay photo customer for a while now. The past year I wasn't always happy with the products, the options for size and adorama had some missed deadlines. Customer service with both was often terrible. Last week art beat popped up in a Facebook ad and I decided to give them a try. Customer service was great, Carlo spent time on the phone making sure my colors and resolution were good for the sizes I was ordering. Both were large metal images, I was very happy with them and more importantly my clients loved them. The price was much more reasonable than any other online lab, customer service was top notch and the product was perfect. I am happy to finally have a lab I have confidence in. read more

I ordered some metal prints and received some recommendations on whether to order silver or white metal prints. The prints I received back looked fantastic. I will definitely be ordering more prints as soon as I come back from my photo tour of Arches National Park in Utah. Customer service is outstanding and love the quality of the products I've ordered. Don't know about other customers, but I've received great service from Artbeat Studios. read more

I'm a non-local that used Artbeat for metal printing in Utah. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. I used another print shop for a few prints as well as I was doing a gallery, and I have to say I liked Artbeat more. Though a bit more expensive, I thought the final product was top notch. I will continue to use them for my more prestigious prints, but probably stick to the cheaper shop for the ordinary. I will say as well that once I was able to get them on the phone they were very helpful in helping me choose the type of metal and materials going into the print, specific to the picture I was printing off. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. read more

I was given the opportunity to sell my photography at the Trinidad Artisan's Market this summer, so I got 11 HD metal prints done. I submitted the images to Artbeat Studios Support Team prior to ordering to be sure the images would be good for printing. They went over each image for me and feedback to ensure the prints would turn out awesome which they did. I couldn't be happier with the results. The HD Metal Prints are beautiful, colors pop and grab peoples attention! Thank you Stephanie and the Artbeat Studios Team!!! read more

I love doing business with this company! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is just right for my prints! The quality of their prints is amazing! I will always go to them first! Great customer support and care, good turnaround time, and fast shipping! read more

We recently remodeled our home to match where we live - by the coast! The quality of the HD acrylic from Artbeat Studios are amazing. Great quality and the prints are so much better than canvas. We get many compliments on all of these pictures. We have a beautiful ocean wave in the master bedroom, which is relaxing and so vivid with the HD acrylic. We can pick our own picture (usually from Shutterstock, which are reasonably priced). My daughter (a 3D artist) may make some minor adjustments to match the color theme. Then Artbeat Studios prints them on HD acrylic or HD acrylic 360 they turn out amazing. You feel you are at the beach and can step into the scenes. Artbeat Studios have great videos that explain each type of print. The art is shipped in a very sturdy wood container and the service is outstanding. We have had 5 pieces done so far and we won't go anywhere else. read more

Ordered a few HD metal prints and a couple of metallic photo prints from Artbeat and I couldn't be happier. The online customization and purchase process was super easy, they are super friendly and great at communication, and the lead time was reasonable. I see some reviews referencing a long turnaround time, but our photo prints were ready the next day and the metal prints a couple of days later. I think it took 1 more business day than their website estimate...not the end of the world. Oh, and their online coupons are great! Will definitely do business again! read more

I just received my prints on metal from Artbeat Studios. Wow! They look incredible! I did a lot of research to find the best company to do our family pictures on metal. After reading many reviews from professional photography sites that gave Artbeat Studios raving reviews, I went forward with my order. I could not be happier with the value and service I received. I want to make sure I point out that their packing method was second to none. My order included a 20x30 print and 3 8x10 prints. They came wrapped in styrofoam padding, and taped to a panel of 1/4 inch wood. Wow! It took me 15 minutes just to get them untaped and unwrapped. Don't get me wrong, I am NOT complaining. They were so securely attached and protected, I think the only way anything could have happened to them if if the delivery truck was in a catastrophic accident or perhaps a F5 tornado. I can't express how much I appreciate that! I've had so many things damaged in shipping from other companies that their method was such a breath of fresh air. Pure genius! I wouldn't think twice about ordering from Artbeat Studios again. Quality, reasonably priced and amazing attention to detail. That is exactly what one wants in a company that you are entrusting to preserve your memories for a lifetime. Thanks Artbeat!! read more

Outstanding work ! This was my first time using Artbeat and after I placed my order, they emailed me back because the metal background I selected instead of white would have eliminated too much of my image. The fact that they contacted me first, and allowed me to make the change, shows how much they care about the final product. This was a gift for a family member and they were very impressed with the quality ! Artbeat has all my business from now on. The customer service was second to none for me. read more

So this review is being updated to 4 stars (because of the amazing response by Carlo), and I wanted to be fair and let anyone reading this know, that it seems that the people running Artbeat Studios actually do care about their customer service. Within the hour of me leaving my first review, I was contacted by one of the partners, Carlo, who expressed a sincere apology. Refunded my order, and also has been in touch with me on the progress of my print. The communication from him has been very welcomed, and he's treated me with nothing but respect, and I'm satisfied with how he's handled this situation. They are a smaller lab, and may not have the experience and turnaround capabilities as others...but as I've said before, their products are absolutely gorgeous. For a lab that does such beautiful work, I really hope that in the future, their turnaround times get much better, because I would love to get more of these gorgeous prints. Thank you Carlo, for being professional, and taking care of me. Very much appreciated. read more

I have ordered several prints for samples and for my clients from Artbeat in a variety of media and sizes. I have not been disappointed in any of them. In particular, the metal and acrylic prints are just stunning. Colors are very accurate and the edge finishing on the acrylic prints is amazing. The assembly workmanship is very good and the frames are very sturdy. I had the first batch of prints shipped to me to check out the packaging quality. The large print crates aren't necessarily pretty, but they are built like tanks. I have no hesitation in drop shipping directly to my customers. read more

Absolutely fantastic product, fast shipping, easy to design, price is more than fair for the final product (which was fantastic!). I got a HD Metal Print and I couldn't be happier with it. With a host of mounting options, they make it super easy to pick out what will work best for you. With flash sales they are always looking to give back to the customers too! read more

Extremely careless folks. Customer service is a hit or miss. The prints are beautiful. Their 5-7 day SLA is consistently over 3 weeks. Not once I have received the prints in 2 weeks times in the last 1 year (4 orders). You can't do anything about it no matter what. When I had reached out to them to remind them of my order, they react as if they are doing me a favor 3 weeks after the order and send a tracking number. I have printed with them 4 times in one year. 2 times prints took more than a month to receive. I changed my review based on the call from customer service earlier. They repeated it again. I would like to use them as my go-to lab for all large format photo prints but 4-5 weeks of SLA and the frustration of dealing with delays and excuses are not worth the effort. In addition the last-minute escalation and rush printing make me think they will compromise on the quality of the print. read more

I decided to order a print of my daughters bridal portrait on metal! The detail, coloring, everything was amazing! I loved it so much I ordered two more!! As a photographer, I am very impressed! read more

Just talked to Sam. He answered all my technical questions about printing photos on white metal. We discussed dpi, resolution, possible sizes of images, what my phone is capable of, recommendations for apps I can use that won't auto downsize my photos and so much more. He was able to explains things at my level of knowledge. And so nice, too. I'll be doing all my printing here because I know they understand my requirements but can also help me to the next level. Thanks, Sam, for your assistance. read more

Boooooooooooooooooo! I wish I could give Zero stars. Do not believe the other positive write-ups, based on how few there are, and my experience, I have to believe that some of them (not all) are planted reviews. BEWARE. I have never written a bad YELP review in my life. I normally leave good ones, or none at all. In this case, I wish I had seen one like this to keep me from wasting my time on this vendor. My experience. On 12/15/18, I placed an order for a canvas. This was the main holiday gift for my Mother in Law. I paid a large fee to have it shipped in 2 business days. My confirmation email also said that I would get an email with a tracking number. I never got the email with tracking and my order NEVER ARRIVED. I called "customer service" - to learn that 1) what I ordered takes 5 to 7 days to manufacture. She seemed to be VERY CONFUSED when I asked, why would you offer 2-day shipping, at a very high rate, for something that takes 5 to 7 days to even be made. Her answer was, "Well, we ship all over the nation." All I can do is laugh, as that has nothing to do with my question. I asked her for a refund. She didn't offer a confirmation number or any evidence that my call asking for a refund even happened. She told me not to worry, and that it will show up on my statement. But...the tracking email never showed up, nor did the canvas...why would this be any different? This call with her took place on 12/26/18, and FYI, my canvas still hasn't been made. read more

My hd metal print lost color severely and the picture quality was reduced dramatically. I attempted to get in contact with artbeat studios for assistance and I did not receive a response back. I assumed since there was several great reviews, the print would actually be a great print but received the opposite in both customer service and final product. read more

Had a wonderful experience ordering from Artbeat. We ordered about 12 metal prints to decorate our office and not only was everyone so helpful in guiding me through the process and helping decide what would be the best choice in regards to print details (white metal, silver metal, glossy, flat, etc), but they also offered us a lower rate for having ordered over 10 prints (and btw, even their regular rate was less than a competitors "bulk rate"). They kept in contact the whole time, delivered the items promptly, and they turned out AMAZING. Such wonderful quality and they've really added some life to our office. Would recommend to anyone! read more

OK, I just got my second piece from these guys. It's an acrylic that shows a high contrast scene that's basically black and bright yellow (fire). It is STUNNING. I had it delivered to my office and my co-workers served as a nice "focus group" of sorts. They were very interested in the piece. They hovered at my desk and gawked for 15 or 20 minutes, asking a million questions, all while never taking their eyes off the piece. The level of detail these guys kept is phenomenal. This particular piece is basically a bursting flame in the dark. 60% of the photo is darkness with a bright fire in the middle. Almost everyone commented on how nice the black sections looked. They were described as a beautiful "deep black". I couldn't be happier with the work ArtBeatStudios has done. They took my photo and turned it into something gorgeous, a wall worthy piece of art. The mount on the back is great. It's a very clean look with wood, and what feels like a rubber coated steel cable. I literally walked in the door and hung it on a nail. I didn't have to do anything to get it ready, the hardware is already attached. Additionally, they packed it better than I would have. If the postal truck wrecked I'm sure my print would have arrived in good shape, it was packed that well. They told me up front they were a little busy, and sent me an e-mail halfway through that reiterated that they were busy but that they were working on my order. It's a small company that is growing (and for good reason...they rock!) so I'm totally cool with not calling and hassling them every day about my order. If Michelangelo had been bugged every day about when he'd be done, then the Sistine Chapel would never have been painted!!! Be patient with these guys and you will be tremendously rewarded. If you like having great companies to deal with, support great companies as they are growing!!! I paid good money, and got a great product. Use these guys. They are solid, solid, solid!!! read more

From, start to finish, I've had the pleasure of working with true professionals. It started with a phone call in which Carlo assisted me, and answered all of my questions with patience and a charismatic demeanor. That lead me to visit them and place my order with Darren in person. Darren was incredible! True professional. He was passionate about their work and assured me throughout the process that I would be pleased with the quality of the prints. And without a doubt, I'm in LOVE with the prints and amazed with the quality. Additionally, an artist by the name of Leo from Artbeat studios came over my house and installed the canvases. This was truly icing on the cake. Leo has an eye for detail and truly cares about his craft. I'm thanking the lucky stars that lead me to finding this studio! read more

There are many shops that offer good prints. Only a few can make great prints. The guys at Artbeat Studios are the rare gems in the industry who combine the ability to produce great prints with five star customer service. The products are stunning. The quality is amazing. I'd give Artbeat Studios more than 5 stars if I could. Their acrylic products are amazing. I'm lining my living room walls with family photos done with the acrylic finish and I receive a lot of compliments on them. And their customer service is as good as their products. Be advised; their products might take a little longer to receive, but it's well worth the wait. Guaranteed you won't be disappointed. If you haven't tried Artbeat Studios, give them a try. read more

Awesome company with fantastic quality for fine art prints. I have had a few prints made by them now. The first was on wood and now a 60" x 40" metal print. Both have turned out great. This is now my only go to studio to have prints made for my photography business. Plus the customer service is fantastic too! It was a real pleasure working with Kayla. Thank you ArtBeat Studios! read more

Wouldn't know how to rate my prints because I still haven't received them. No one will answer the phone at Artbeat and the only person I did finally get a hold of promised the order was being shipped out. Promised I would get an e-mail with the shipping info - never got that and no one will return my phone calls or e-mails. If you want prints delivered to you I strongly suggest you use another company. Hopefully I didn't just waste $428.00! Customer service at Artbeat is nonexistent! Thanks Artbeats - lost a sale and wasted my money on your so called "Service!" read more

I've had many metals printed at Artbeat, from 8x10 to 20x30, color and B&W, and have been very satisfied with the quality of all the prints. The packaging each order came in has been remarkable. I did have one order that was somewhat slow in being processed but all other orders have been very prompt. And the prices are very good. read more

It took nearly a month to receive my metallic print, and I can't say I'm thrilled with the results. I uploaded an 80+ megapixel image to be printed from their website and the final result is very soft, borderline blurry. Colors are fine (given my image was black and white), but I was expecting more. I can't recommend them based on my experience. read more

I recently had a couple of my photographs printed with Artbeat Studios. I had them print the "fine art print". One print was a 11x14 and the other 16x20. They are amazing prints! I just keep looking at them over and over. The prints remind me of art gallery quality. I had a few questions and Carlos responded immediately. I really appreciate the quick answers. I will defiantly order from them again. They provide a fantastic product! read more

I've decided to jump in the deep end of the pool and with much encouragement sell my art. Having a personal attachment to my work I wanted to present it the best way possible. After much research I went with Artbeat. I am so glad I made that decision, the piece turned out better than I could have imagined but more importantly I didn't feel as if I was dealing with some huge lab. No matter what the future brings I plan on staying with Artbeat for the long run. read more
