Came to Copy 4 less in Fountain Valley for the first time. The shop is small. There were 3 customers before me. Holly is the only worker in the shop. HOLLYYY SAVED MEE! I walked in...and Holly immediately helped me out! I was a bit nervous to get bookmarks laminated here but it turned out to be a great experience! I had a simple request but I wanted it done my way. Holly was so easy going, she laminated my bookmarks and let me trim them the way I wanted them done. WHICH I DIDNT MIND SINCE I WANTED THEM IN A PARTICULAR WAY! She even gave me a little lesson on how to use the cutter! Wow! Absolutely loved Mikes hard work and effort. This man was working his tail off by himself on a busy morning while I was there. I have used them a lot in the pass. Wonderful service. But today -- maybe she was having a bad day -- but did not want to deal with me. Apparently, providing your own (8.5X11" archival) paper was totally unacceptable, even though they don't carry it themselves. Maybe she thought I wanted a discount? I didn't. As I said, they have always been really helpful in the past, but it's really uncomfortable when you feel that unwelcome at a place of business. read more

Not recommend for self-serve copies. There were only two self-service copiers there. The staff set me up on one of them, which jammed immediately on two attempts at copying. The copier looked very old, so no surprise. I was told I would have to wait for the only other self-serve machine, which was being used by another customer. I left. Waste of my time. read more

Right when I walked in I was greeted by the staff and a very enthusiastic parrot. It threw me off, since I thought it was an employee. I was greeted by Holly a very friendly person and was assisted with printing letters last week even though they were busy. My letter was on a USB stick. In the past we could print our own letters using one of several computers but those are turned off now. I understand that print servers can really be a problem. No fault of the store.
