They are hard workers. 8-9 hours a day. They were polite and efficient. 3. The job was finished as scheduled. 4. Jose did a great job of communicating and discussing all aspects of the job and kept us posted as what was happening next. 5. The patio looks GREAT. My husband and I chose to have 3 concrete companies give us estimates for a Concrete Pad for the side of our garage that would be home to our RV! I called and talked to Jose about needing a small job in my driveway. I sent him pictures and size 2 days ago. I called yesterday and he told me he hadn't looked at them yet but he would get back to me. Now 3 days later, he still hasn't called back. I've noticed many of these concrete companies don't want to talk to you unless it's a large job. Either way, let the person know if you can do it or not. It shouldn't be that hard to look at pictures and give a quote for a 3x4 patch or say you don't want to do it. read more

Arteaga Concrete is near completion of a patio and re coating of my pool deck. I'm so pleased with their work, that I'm posting just before completion of the project. This would have been a 5 star based on the work that was done, however, the job was misrepresented for the price I paid. I was shorted 160 square feet - 10x 16 on my RV pad. When I called and emailed Efrain he said he would make it right. 2 years later, he has not. Be very careful when reading the estimates. Part of my estimate was done in feet x feet and the RV pad was done in total square footage so I missed the fact that it wasn't as big as it was quoted to be with the price I paid. I don't think it was intentional, but it was never corrected after numerous attempts. read more

We moved into an older home that the previous residents had a variety of patio floorings, none of which matched. Efrain gave is an estimate to replace it that was higher than another we got but we had a good feeling about him. Turned out we were right. The old flooring gave Efrain repeated headaches because of the paints and stain that were there from before. We have had concrete work done before at our other home using another contractor and was happy with the work. So when we moved and wanted to have a side driveway and concrete patio in the back poured we decided to get 2 estimates. About 4 people in our new community had driveway's done by Arteaga's Concrete, so we decided to give them a call. Efrain came right out and gave us a estimate. He was $1300 cheaper than our old company (who said they were giving us the repeat discount). It pays to get more than 1 estimate. We had artificial grass installed in our backyard and was worried about the wheelbarrows of concrete damaging the lawn. Arteaga's crew put down sheets of plywood to protect the grass. They did a amazing job, moving all the rock back into place, cleaning up the street, landscape lines rerouted. I highly recommend them. read more

Hired Arteaga's Concrete due to the good reviews on Yelp. Don't always believe what you read. They did show up on time! Seemed like the work was done correctly until it came time to tile over their concrete work. OMG! Had them lay concrete inside our home to fill in a sunken living room. The concrete was sloped over a 15 foot area by an inch! This is unacceptable. Now my tile installers are having to level out the room using over 30 extra bags of thin set. Called Efrain back and left messages about their shoddy work but all I hear back is silence. This is NO WAY to conduct customer service. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. read more

I would love to post a positive review about the work I had done with Arteaga's, but since after multiple phone calls and text messages I was never responded to again to set up an appointment for our block wall & RV strips, no work was ever done!! Apparently my job was too small and not worth their time. Maybe after he was 45 min. late for the initial quote that was a sign of what was to come.
