    Our new front door

    We had Coast 2 Coast install a new front door for us. They did a great job and were very thorough. They carefully removed the old door and trim, put in the new door, and reinstalled the same trim. They had to remove and reinstall some wainscoting as well, all with no problems. We are very impressed with their professionalism and work.

    Front entry we needed fixed.  This is How things looked after tiles heaved and required removal.

    Fire Restoration Services…read more I had a small kitchen fire and wanted to procure fire restoration services to take care of any soot and smoke damage. Any visible damage was mostly contained within kitchen area. I looked up local companies on Yelp and decided to get a free quote from Independent Restoration Services. They came out the next day to check out the place, provided a quote within a few hours, and were then able to start the next day after obtaining work authorization. I placed my trust in them based on their reviews across Yelp, Google, and FB. At first I was a bet skeptical due to only one person making it out on the first day, which was due to a combination of scheduling issues , others being called onto different sites/projects, and overall just being a small team. But in the end they still finished on schedule as initially estimated, despite having less manpower than I had expected. They were thorough with the restoration - my place was just as clean as before, and in some places even cleaner. They kept me assured throughout the whole process and answered any questions and concerns I had. There was a misunderstanding on my end where I thought they would also clean the air ducts, but since that is not something they provide, they offered to go 50/50 on subcontracting a duct cleaner. And at the end, they agreed the initial quoted estimated cost seemed a bit too high, so they were willing to adjust the final bill downwards. Overall they provided quality cleaning and restoration services, were flexible to work with, and did not seem like they were out to get my money. I hope I'll never need them again, but I can recommend them for anyone who needs fire restoration services. Thank you Charlie, Miguel, Brandon, Billy, Batt/Edgar, and Christoph.

When I had issues with the plumbing company that was also working on the project, Russell said that they would change out the old water heater for the new one at no additional cost, as long as it was already on site. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves on both the demo and restoration days, and made a stressful problem so much easier to deal with. Ashley made accommodations to make sure the project got finished in a timely manner --since I was living for over a week with no hot water. I would recommend them to anyone!

If you ask them, they will gladly explain to you anything you don't understand about their process. Between Quick Dry and my insurance adjuster, I have learned a lot about the entire process. It is definitely in your best interest to have Quick Dry in your corner. Maybe not physically, but they have definitely "held my hand" and took care of all the communication that was needed on my behalf with the adjuster. They are a 24 hour service that handles many home emergencies at a time. So you will see different technicians coming out to check the machines and monitor the moisture, but they all eventually become familiar faces.

They came literally within an hour of calling and gave instructions to mitigate over the phone. Throughout the process i knew i was taken care of, they showed me (when asked) the water behind walls damaged that i wouldn't have known because it wasn't visible ! So they proactively make sure to get everything so you don't have mold in the future. Insurance had questions and they took care of everything, made it a lot less stressful. As a last resort, I called All Dry, when Miguel heard what I wanted to do, he came over immediately, literally within hours he was at my house and gave me a true picture of what was going on, took the time to explain what my options were without any gimmicks or drama. Right away, I felt a sense of relief because I knew I had finally found someone who genuinely wanted to help me without trying to take advantage of my vulnerable situation. Needless to say, I am beyond grateful to Miguel and his team for making my home safe again, keeping his word of helping me out.     I strongly caution anyone considering 702 Resto Guys. My experience was not only disappointing, but…read moredeeply concerning and emotionally distressing for my family. This company was recommended to us by Legacy Plumbing, but the experience started off poorly from the beginning. In prior situations, restoration companies have arrived within an hour due to the urgency of water damage. In this case, it took approximately 30 hours for 702 Resto Guys to come out. If I had not been persistent and adamant about needing someone sooner, it would have been closer to 48 hours because the technician was reportedly out of town. Given the urgency of water mitigation, that delay was unacceptable, and in my opinion, they should not have been recommended in the first place. From the beginning, I clearly stated multiple times that I believed the issue was a pinhole leak based on prior experience with plumbing issues in my home. Instead of properly investigating, I was told the damage was coming from a flooded bathroom and warned about potential mold and extensive structural damage. I felt pressured and alarmed into approving major demolition under the belief that my bathroom and ceiling would require full restoration. They proceeded to remove far more drywall than necessary -- approximately three to four feet more than needed -- claiming it was wet. The demolition was extremely messy. Cuts were uneven and unprofessional, and they did not properly seal off the work area. Even when drying equipment and an air scrubber were placed, the area was not properly contained. That lack of containment during demolition and drying is not only unprofessional -- it raises safety concerns. After tearing everything apart, they then admitted it was not a bathroom issue at all. It was simply a pinhole leak -- exactly what I had said from the start. By that point, significant and unnecessary damage had already been done. During a conversation with the owner, Kevin, he stated that he could "make it look like" the damage came from the bathroom. That comment made me extremely uncomfortable, as it implied misrepresenting the source of damage to my insurance company. I had no interest in anything dishonest. I simply wanted accountability and for the company to take responsibility for the unnecessary demolition and damage caused. I requested photos of the alleged damage and moisture findings, but they have refused to provide them. However, I do have security camera footage from inside my home that captured the verbal conversation. Additionally, during demolition, they lost the sensors to my alarm system while tearing down the door framework -- creating yet another unexpected and costly repair. Kevin later stated that he would have the damage fixed and make things right. He told me he would put the agreement in writing via email so we could resolve the issue and move forward. He never followed through. I obtained a quote to repair the additional damage, and it will cost thousands. Despite his assurances, he has not come through with what he promised to help alleviate and fix the problem. I have also heard concerning information suggesting that positive reviews may be incentivized. While I cannot personally verify that, it raises additional concerns for me about the reliability of the company's online ratings. Because I was initially told this was extensive bathroom damage, I agreed to move forward assuming I would need to file an insurance claim and pay my $2,000 deductible. I am now left with additional damage, higher repair costs, and unnecessary stress -- all from what turned out to be a simple pinhole leak. This entire situation has caused significant anxiety and stress for my family. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into an overwhelming and traumatic experience. Homeowners rely on restoration companies for honesty, professionalism, and accurate assessments during stressful situations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this company.
