Cucumber sandwich. Crispy cucumber and refreshing sandwich.

We reserved an afternoon tea session here. Sobella Loreto, the Arteastic owner, was such a great host. She described her background, her passion for tea and art, and her interior space. All the paintings along the walls are Sobella's work. I would describe her space as cozy, relaxed, and inviting with Parisian music playing in the background. Sobella had us try out her Sri Lankan tea, which I would say was quite pleasant on its own and reminded me of Ceylon tea; it also paired well with cream and sugar. Then, she came out with our afternoon tea treats, which came in three tiers: savory sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and lemon cake with macarons. For the most part, all of the food was flavorful; the only constructive feedback I did have was that the bread, scones, and cake were a bit dry. Thankfully, the sandwich fillings, clotted cream and jam, cooked apple pieces, and cooked lemon peels added that much needed moisture. For each tier of treats, I do have specific commentary on them: Bottom tier: All of the sandwiches were flavorful. The first sandwich was a smoked salmon sandwich, which had a thin layer of cream cheese, smoked salmon, and arugula. Within the cream cheese itself were specks of freshly chopped dill throughout. The overall sandwich was fantastic. Next, we had a cucumber sandwich, which also had that dill infused cream cheese with crisp thinly sliced cucumbers. It was so refreshing. The third sandwich was a chicken salad sandwich, which had freshly diced apples and celery that added such a great crunch. The apples did add a bit of sweetness, but it wasn't overpowering. This too was a refreshing sandwich. Middle tier: The scones were imbedded with warm fall spices and small cooked apple pieces. Delicious! Now, we did have to add their fresh clotted cream and fragrant strawberry jam to add more moisture to the scone. Top tier: The lemon cake was brimming with lemon flavor and was studded with cooked lemon peel bits. It was a bit dry, though. Nothing that a sip of their tea won't fix. Their pistachio macaron was kind of dense and not as airy as I'm used to; but, the pistachio cream and pistachio pieces throughout more than made up for this. Yummy! In summary, this spot was a wonderful place for afternoon tea. The price was very reasonable as well at $40 per person. We look forward to coming here again with friends. Sobella also holds painting classes, so there's something else to do here. Come and check out this spot if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon tea spot.

What an absolutely cute and quaint Tea House! Took Mom (MIL) to lunch for her 87th birthday and we had the best time. Service was on point, food was fantastic and both teas we chose were wonderful! Passion and Tropical (something), I forgot‍. The owner is super friendly and her artwork is beautiful! She also teaches Art Classes at this location. Check this place out! Perfect for a mom/daughter lunch, a lunch with the girlfriends, afternoon tea with your sister. I will definitely be back!

I hosted my daughter's baby shower at this wonderful tea room. The owner, Sobella, was wonderful and set a beautiful and elegant table. We had the room for 2 hours and we had 3 types of finger sandwiches, desserts and tea, as well as, baby shower games and gifts. The food was yummy and Sobella accommodated my special diet, as well as another guest attending the shower. Everything was decorated so beautifully, there were hats available for guests to wear and decorations were added to the table to showcase my daughter's baby girl. I would book another party here. I am also interested in attending a painting and tea class in the future. My daughter was so happy and it made for wonderful memories.

A quaint little tea house and the only one in Fulshear. It has a "grandma's house" atmosphere. Sandwiches are around $13 and come with chips, fruit, and homemade cream. Large pots of tea are only $8 and served over tea candles with sugar cubes and milk.

One of the most amazing experiences I've ever had! Everyone at ArtTeastic is wonderful. The tea sandwiches are lovely, the chocolate cake dessert is decadent, and the green teas -- WOW! Don't forget to ask Bella about all her beautiful hand-painted art work all over the walls, she is amazing!

Great spot in Bella Piozza. Relaxing atmosphere with a endless selection of tea from around the world.

Took my granddaughter here for afternoon tea and it was fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful with artwork on the walls painted by the owner, she also does art classes. A wonderful selection of teas. The owner is very knowledgeable about tea. We tried two teas and they were great. We each received a hearty portion of food that was delicious. if you are anywhere in the Richmond Tx area, I highly recommend this tea house.

We just had the most elegant birthday party at Arteastic Tea house for my daughter. The tea cups, the handmade artwork, and decor were stunning!! 10 out of 10 would recommend! The sandwiches and scones were fresh and delicious. The best part was the tea of course! Perfectly brewed and so tasty. Our hosts were attentive and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about tea. I cannot say enough good things about our afternoon! We are definitely coming back for our next "girls day."

See my picture of the extra dressing left over in the bowl. The bao buns were both good. The chicken katsu was crunchy and the chicken was tender. I didn't like the "crumbs"'on top but they were easy enough to scrap off. The beef bao wasn't as good. There was a huge chunk of fat on it. See my picture. That was a disappointment. The bun itself was fluffy and overall they were pretty good. A bit of attention to the beef would've given them a higher score. That amount of fat was unacceptable in my book. The server was nice and came by to check on us an appropriate number of times. The small restaurant was kept up well. A bit of stuff stored along the wall but it appeared clean. The restroom was tidy. There were a couple of mis-steps that could've been avoided with closer attention but overall it was ok.

When our served came to the table, he did not introduce himself and didn't seem too happy to be at work (which I understand, but you are providing a service to someone). I felt like a burden to him. Our server wasn't as attentive or interactive with us. He asked for our drink orders and shortly came back to take our food order. We ordered the Steamed Beef Dumplings, Thai Spicy Shrimp Ramen, and the Spicy Duck Miso Ramen. The food came out quickly. I'm talking maybe 5 minutes after placing the order. Everything tasted great and was served hot and fresh.
