We also had sizes ranging from small up to 3XL but on their website I think they even had sizes bigger than that. I did my order online and the process was super simple and easy. I love how they have so many varying sizes, and they give you an instant quote on how much it would cost BEFORE taxes. Which helped me estimate how much to ask per family member to contribute if they wanted a shirt. They got it done in like 3 days maybe even two and it turned out so good! The shirts were individually wrapped, folded and stickered with the size of the shirt which was a nice touch and made it so easy to group and distribute amongst my huge family. Thank you so much Primetime colors for such a good quality keepsake. Design: They can work with you to make a design but costs a bit more and might be a longer process. I made the design on canva and uploaded it to their website when it prompted me to do so. Price: Great price for a bulk order and for shirts that had color and designs on front and back. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. All of our stuff is ready in a timely manner and we have never had any issues with any of the embroidery. My shirts are now over 2 years old and though the colors have faded from the shirts due to the frequent washing, the embroidered logos still looks brand new.
