    Broken tile

Tried to order tile. First attempt online - box of tile ( 50#)- all broken. Then store advised I should have it deliver to them - then me - didn't happen - someone actually put 2 - only 2 boken tiles in a ripped box and sent it out. Store Manager tried to help - 3 attempts at oredering to store only 1 box, then 1 box, then 3 boxes. Out of all of that - only 7 tiles were unbroken. Sadly, could never rely on them to bring enough to do my bathroom - so shopping elsewhere. Whoever runs your warehouse needs a serious reevaluation of their job description. Will not order anything delivered from them again - no matter how small or large - as don't have the time to work with or fix their broken system!

Home Depot is always someplace I like going to. In general the help is great and sometimes exceptional. I am so impressed that they actually had a Behr company representative working in the store. Apparently there's two of them and Zachariah is there almost daily... As an accomplished individual with a high confidence level, you still sometimes want to pick somebody's brain. I have four different properties and generally perform the maintenance myself with smaller projects. And I'm doing an extensive remodel on my own 1953 ranch style house here in Old Fig Garden (Moon Base Alpha). Step-by-step, I'm knocking projects out and have completed the inside paint job, mostly. It was fun, refreshing on products, techniques and picking up the skill set.... And I'd come into the store planning on using the dynasty exterior paint to begin with... I'm generally well researched with things that are available online ... comparisons, critical reviews, etc. I thing was that I had bought a ton of stuff over the years and never consider these rewards programs... and at $80 a can of paint, the lightbulb went off. Delightfully unexpected as Zachariah walked me through everything and got me plugged in... it's nice to have people who can respond to direct questions, are not impaired, and who are knowledgeable.. and some of these are one time projects. I'm always willing to spend a little more money for the better quality products... and having used the dynasty on the interior trim, I liked some of its qualities. And the exterior is another opportunity, so with the 10-year fade guarantee, the additional conditioners and additives, I wanted to treat my baby. It's always WAY cheaper than a girlfriend so why not? lol Anyway, if anybody is paying attention to any of my reviews, you know I like highlighting the people and think that's an important yet unconventional way to use this platform. It's not just about the thing we got, what we ate, but also about the good people that help make these experiences better, provide some knowledge to help us make better decisions. And when they're connected with their customer base, professional, doing an exceptional job you want to highlight them! Don't you? In way of encouragement to Zack and Rob, your help today was greatly appreciated. Your outstanding service is recognized. Please keep up the good work! Blessings! -G

    Competitor has this for $40.

Prices here are completely outpaced by their competition across the street. Competition has mailbox for $40, Depot has it $65. Same company has a mailbox post at Comp. for $40, they have it for $62. That means you'll be leaving Depot having spent $47 additional. And that's not counting my 5% discount from the Comp. For shame. 5/27/23 @1200: *WARNING* Excessively pushy salespeople on the floor due to Memorial Day. You've been warned.

Worst customer service my parents went to do a return the lady was racist towards my parents saying she didn't understand them and was making hard to such a simple return with her Home Depot credit card the lady completely ignored them even tho it was their turn in line and instead of asking someone to translate she denied the return.

Home Depot needs to manage propane inventory better at this location. Showing up and finding it empty again gets old fast.

As we walked up, I was a little off put by the painting on the window saying they are NOT a thrift store, they are a vintage shop ... However, as soon as I entered, I was enveloped with the good energy of the people and space. There was someone at the table by the door who was immediately friendly and engaging. She gave us quick info on the store and let us know they have a coffee stand to the side. We started looking around and found things we liked right away. For the quality of pieces and good condition, the prices are fair. I plan to test whether the manager's statement that they get new items every day is true ;-) My daughter and I both purchased tank tops but there were several more things I'd like to try on. Oh, can't forget to mention they have a fitting room, that's a definite plus. Also can't forget that I tried an iced coffee. I usually skip buying coffee once I leave the house but this was Vietnamese coffee and from the description I had to try it. They offer several yummy coffee flavors like banana and caramel but I went with a plain house coffee that came with a cold foam - it was delicious. I was told that they do mobile pick up orders, I would actually stop for this coffee. One more important note: they are cashless!

The clothes are often already laundered meaning you can wear immediately. As such, you will pay a premium to not have to sift through to find diamonds in the rough as you would as Good Will. Now onto the place, the space, and vibe. Their clothes, as I mentioned, are cute, unique, and a blast from the past for my 90s girlie heart. I saw logoed jeans today with Delia*s and immediately remembered "window" shopping their catalogue as a tween. I prefer more classic silohuettes and basic colors/patterns, which they have plenty of that too. There's also a fun collection of denim jackets, cowboy boots, and vintage housewares. It's so much fun to peruse as their inventory shifts quickly. Hot tip is to follow their Instagram for restocks and flash sales. The store feels more like a community, where the workers remember you and talk with you like you're friends from the start. They often host events like "Scrap & Yap" and swap days. I've seen that there is coffee served many days too. There are a few large tables and a couch for anyone to sit at, chat with friends, or enjoy a coffee/pastries from next door (also great!). Not only do I love their collection, I appreciate having another option for third spaces in during a time when it feels like there simply aren't enough!

A bit disappointed with the FTD order that was sent through this shop for my niece's 35th birthday…read moreyesterday. The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(
