Overall, I am quite disappointed in the quality of service I received and will not be visiting this business again. While the owner and employees were nice and helpful, the amount of money I spent to get my car detailed was not worth it due to the subpar cleaning of my car. I paid almost $180 total after tip for a complete interior detail ($117 - though I got a 15% discount for Labor Day) and a hand wash ($45). The interior still has dust in many areas, the cup holder still have some sticky residue in them, the center console is dirty, there is are large crumbs from chips and other food items between the seat and cup holder area, and they were unable to get some of the stains out of my passenger seat. The exterior glass toward the base of both of my front back windshield was completely neglected in some spots. Now my car was very dirty, and the work they did do is a big improvement to how my car looked. But again, for a $180 a expected a spotless interior and a well cleaned exterior. At the place I usually take my car to get detailed in Denton, it costs only $150 for a full interior and exterior detail, and the quality of work is MUCH better. I think this is partially why I am so disappointed. I didn't notice the lack of quality until after leaving the garage because of the dim lighting, so make sure to closely inspect your car for quality (maybe with your phones flashlight) before leaving. Absolutely the best place to get your car detailed or washed in the Dallas area! Your car is in safe hands! The quality of the wash and quality of the service were both incredible. When I arrived, John, the owner, led me to the washing area. He is one of the most kindhearted and genuine people I have ever met. He gave me confidence that my car was in good hands and would look beautiful after the detail. Shortly after, John drove me back to my residence in a beautiful courtesy car as part of the service. Throughout the day, he updated me on the progress and estimated cost for my detail, including progress photos. When my car was finished, John picked me up at my residence and drove me back to my car. I have never felt so important as a customer or received such great service. My car is now looking BEAUTIFUL as ever and it's all thanks to John and his team. After reading all of the good reviews, I decided this would be the best place to get my new (but previously owned) car detailed. I paid for the full interior detail as well as a 22% tip before hand, with an additional tip afterward before even looking at my car. At first glance, the car smelt good, I could tell the mats were vacuumed and some things were wiped down. However, once I got home I looked at the things I really wanted clean (the reason I didn't just vacuum and wipe myself but wanted it professionally done) and was disappointed. It's clear they only vacuumed what would be easily visible. My center console (included in the service according to the description) was still dirty. The backseats hadn't been cleaned. Under the front seats hadn't either. Will not be returning considering I paid over $200 for something I could've done for free with my own vacuums and wipes. read more

I called this company to see if they would be able to detail my car last minute, the guy said he would have one of his guys give me a call in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, then called back. The guy asked me what type of vehicle I had and what service I wanted to have done to the car. I told him I only needed an interior detail, and saw on the website that it would be 87.50, he told me yes and asked how far away I was. I let the guy know i wasn't from around the area, but that according to my GPS I was only 2.6 miles away which was around a 15 minute drive in traffic. I called the guy to let him know I was running behind but the phone kept going to voicemail. When I arrived I did have trouble finding the place, adding around 10 minutes to the trip before I finally arrived at the detail shop. Once i arrived at the garage no one was there, I sat down there for about 20 minutes and finally decided to take the elevator up to see if maybe he stepped out to get cell service. The concierge called the same number I called 30-45 minutes prior and the guy on the phone asked me if I called in prior or had an appointment. I told him I spoke to a guy and he told me to come in and they would take care of me. The guy then told me that the detailers left out and wouldn't be back until about 5:00-5:30, which meant I would have had to wait an additional 2 hours. I didn't appreciate this location wasting my time, because just like them I run a business and lost time just by coming there and not being serviced. I would have appreciated communication, so at least I would have had time to find another location to detail my vehicle. read more

First let me tell you that I am mother of a 3 year old and I work two jobs ....... I live in my car and so does all of my books , work clothes and cookies and cakes my daughter hides and drops . My car looks brand new inside and out. I got my car washed and cleaned on Labor Day (they were closed ) John asked me what time I wanted to come and made sure I was taken care of . Talk about a waste of money. I should have stopped the second they answered the phone with an unpleasant and unenthusiastic "car wash". The wash was the equivalent of driving through the rain/mud puddles, and my interior is effectively worse off than it was before.
