Based on past Yelp reviews, I was hesitant to see this dentist. However, my experience was totally fine. It was easy to book an appointment, I was seen promptly, the dentist reviewed the procedure with me, told me what to expect, was very skilled at doing the injections. Assuming future care will be handled this way, I will see them again. I do hope they will keep an eye on their Yelp feedback and address any patient complaints promptly.

Which, I'd been nervous about after I mistakenly went to a 'holistic' dentist for that, which cost so much, and took very long to redo. I had to go to a perio specialist, then to put my zirconia implant crown on, Dr Edwards did a whole procedure to do that perfectly. And I'm very grateful to him that I can now chew normally and not worry about it anymore. My last dentist took a couple months to go from the top two quadrants to the bottom two. Debra, the insurance guru was on the phone instantly to receive approval from insurance company. There were no surprises after services. Sadly Dr Chang was my first dentist to explain, show and test my toothbrushing and flossing skills. I failed both tests but she was gentle with me and there were no gasps or eye rolls. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars it's because I'm not in the income bracket to go to a celebrity rock star dentist. My 30 percent of my deep cleaning, initial consultation and parting gifts including a power Oral B toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and rubber tooth gum line tool came out to $450. I blame mostly Delta Dental Insurance. If I had a better salary I would not have cared. I'm between careers now and I'm concerned about my current expenses.
