If you have extra to spend, definitely get the RO water. It's the waterdrop x12 and really expensive if you decided to get it on amazon and install it yourself. Installation took around 6-7 hours for everything and Ken takes time to explain how to use the system thoroughly. He answered all my questions on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Our installation turned out to be more complicated than expected. The location we originally thought would work would have softened the water going to the outdoor hose bibs as well, which I specifically did not want because I use that water for my trees and landscaping. Mario caught this before doing the installation. Instead of just installing it where we originally planned and moving on, he stopped, explained exactly what he was seeing, and helped me figure out a better solution. He found another possible water line at the back of the house and told me he could test it first. He even reassured me that if we cut into the pipe and discovered that the plumbing wasn't routed the way we hoped, he would put everything back the way it was and wouldn't charge me for an installation that didn't work. That gave me a lot of confidence. We tested the line, and fortunately it turned out to be perfect. Within about 15 minutes, Mario was able to demonstrate exactly how the plumbing was divided: this line supplied the inside of the house, while the other line also supplied the outdoor hose bibs. That meant we could soften the entire house while leaving the outdoor water untreated, exactly how I wanted it. Mario was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. He could have easily taken the faster route, but instead he took the time to make sure the system was installed correctly for my house and my needs. That kind of attention and integrity is something I really appreciate. Between Chris taking the time to educate me and give me a fair price, and Mario going above and beyond during the installation, I couldn't be happier with my experience. On Sunday we noticed water coming out from under the garage door. The garage was flooded out and water was coming from the hot water heater. Oh joy. Next step, calling around and trying to find a plumber. We started with yelp and found Wrench Repipe's water heater division Riverside Water Heaters. We left a voicemail and started looking for the next company but in the middle of dialing we got a text back from Riverside Water Heaters and they were on a job in Canyon Crest. They said they would be over in about an hour. Yes! 45 minutes later they texted an update and said they were on the way! The plumber was friendly and helped us understand what was going on and how it was nothing to worry about. He wasn't able to install the new water heater because they were sold out, but he drained down and removed the old one, installed a fancy new ball shut off, did a bypass connection so our water got turned back on, and said he'd be back in the morning. A text in the morning with an eta and they were working on putting in our new water heater by 8:15. By 11:00 they were finishing it up! Friendly, helpful, lots of info, and the cost was exactly what they said it was going to be. My girlfriend couldn't be happier! now all that's left is dealing with the water that leaked over the garage. These guys are the best! Carlos was quick to respond and provided a fair quote after sending him appropriate photos and videos of my home. Scheduling was quick and easy. On the day of the install, Trevor was the superstar and performed the installation for all the systems. Jimmy also stopped by to quickly add an electrical outlet for the water softening system. Trevor was kind, worked efficiently, and was very good at confirming exact details with how we wanted our systems installed (e.g., where we wanted the softening system to drain, the exact location for the reverse osmosis faucet). His work on the pipes was also very clean, and he did a great job educating me on how to use the systems and proper maintenance. They also threw in a free first bag of salt. I don't think so however, they don't offer a "guarantee", so that the charge that you pay for them to snake your outside drain the first time is exactly that the first time. They want to know you for 375 each and every subsequent visit. I have two words for them one begins with an F the other one begins with a U. They didn't seem to have super high intellect, but I bet you they can guess what it is. They're con men, rather con Cowboys If the service doesn't work in three or four days, they'll come back out but you have to repay the service so you have to pay $375 twice. That's just their policy. Every time I would voice a complaint the one cowboy would say I hear you ma'am. I'm glad he heard me, however, he did absolutely nothing to remedy: ie, help with looking into alternatives, call a supervisor, scratch his ass, other than say "I hear ya ma'am" pleasant enough, however after the sixth time - worthless - makes you angry in fact. It's like "well get back on your horses boys and head back to Texas and take your ugly ass machine with you" Ready, tidy plumbing con artists they want to nail you for a service call no matter if it's an hour after your service or two hours or a day, two days, three days, four days, It's just their policy. The charge is 375. If you call them every day of the week it's every day is $375. Horseshit horseshit horseshit horseshit horseshit horseshit.
