I am writing this reveiw to say a "much earned thank you" to Jeff for the most professional service I have recently received as normally I am a do it yourself kind of person but occasionally I need a person who actually works in the field that does these types of repairs for a living. We had a small but very active leak on our side of the water meter. The water was beginning to build up in the vault and spill over into the street. I called Dave, and he and his assistant Jeff came out the next day, quickly found the leak. They fabricated a new part on site and tested for leaks. No other leaks were detected. Overall, it was a very quick and painless experience. I was very impressed with the quick service call, quick diagnostic, and quick fix. My neighbor used this company and this guy has the worst customer service ever. I am applaud at his demeanor and conduct. I would never recommend or go near this company, just because of how he conduct a phone call. He is rude, unprofessional and in no way would I let them near my house. There are way too many plumbers out there who deserve you business. Especially during this time with the covid-19 going around. I've been waiting to write this review, in case I was being harsh but today was the last straw. I had a leak so I called these guys and they said they would be out at a certain time. They were 20 minutes late, not a big deal by plumbing standards. As soon as they come into my home, the smell of stale cigarettes smacks me in the face. It was rotten, but I needed plumbers so I went with it. They go in to inspect what they think the leak is coming from and assess what needs to be done. I need to also mention that NIETHER employee was wearing a mask, or offered to wear one, which by it self is not a HUGE issue except the heavier guy was hacking all over the place not covering his mouth and just being a disgusting person. I was pretty horrified, but again, needed plumbers. The first inspect they said it would be over a hundred to fix, not too bad. I needed to call hubs to make sure it was all good. He didn't answer right away so they left. (were talking less than 5 minutes of waiting, they said they had other jobs to do. ) They promised to be back once I had an answer. VERY shortly after they left, I got the "okay". So I called them. They said the would be back. 40 minutes later, still nothing so I call them to see when they might come back and they said like one hour. A little frustrated, I agreed. (again, needed plumbers.) When they came back, it ended up being over a 300.00 job to fix the leak. Whatever. Something else was broken. I told them go ahead. They fixed it, and left. I went in where they fixed the leak and they had left quite a mess. I cleaned it up. They also threw trash in my recycle, not a trash can. All that was in there was clear bottles so IDK why they would do that? Clearly a recycle. There was a trash right next to it. Problem is, that is not all. I went into my garage area TODAY like three days later, and there was a pipe leaking... THIS leaking pipe is directly behind the wall where the actual LEAK was. They didn't even fix the leak after all!!! So I paid over 300 to have my house smell like stale cigarettes and also have my room dirty. I also had to disinfect the whole house because the way the guy was hacking all over the place. AND I had to clean out my recycle bin. What a huge waste. I called another plumber who was AWESOME came out and fixed the leak. I would NOT use these guys again NOT EVER. NO address either AND not on google. Red flags. read more

It isn't often that a referral results in great service but that just happened through Dave who was able to correct the disconnected gas pipe in my fireplace. He looked at it with a challenge accepted, twisted, turned and bent in every direction to get that thing right...what a guy.
