I just had to text him some photos of my plumbing system for a quote. And, they had the best price. The new system has been in use for almost a month now and so far so good. After booking an installation appointment, the technicians arrived on time and two technicians installed the system in like 2 hours (which is fast in my opinion). TL;DR - the most competitive quote, referred to us by a satisfied friend, quick installation, very professional, would recommend to friends and family This company was referred to us by a friend who had a water softener installed a few months prior. They were very satisfied and went with a 1 tank system. We spoke to Carlos, the business owner, and he was very patient and thorough with all of our questions. We had other contractors come by for quotes and the pricing Carlos gave us was significantly lower, if not half of the prices we got from the other companies. As a pro tip, he explained his pricing is lower when he does it himself because he isn't driven by commission like it is for others (maybe try this with other companies!). We asked him some related plumbing issues that we discovered from a previous job, and he went as far as clarifying if they used a specific gauge or tool, etc etc.. he explained how some contractors can pull certain tricks to make it seem like a problem exists when it doesn't. I gotta say it was nice to hear someone look out for us noobs. We discussed a few other aspects we wanted installed including a reverse osmosis filter, a water pressure regulator, and a water flow detector (MOEN) and he more or less threw them into the package at cost! On installation day, he sent a team of two over to us (Luis and Mariano I believe) and they installed everything in about 3 hours (quoted 5 hours). They were very professional and even discussed placement options with me to ensure I was satisfied with everything. We only got a one tank system but I think it is more than enough! No more residue on my shower stalls, clean pots and pans; I can now bottle my own water; and my hair feels soft and awesome! Professional, honest & great price. Would highly recommend. We were looking into a whole house water softener system & change out our old RO system. I did some research on my own on what systems I'd want reached out to a few businesses. Carlos from Fina Water Systems was the most honest & explained to me the pro and cons. We FaceTimed the next day to take a look at my house so he can plan how it would be set up and he took the time to answer all my questions. He didn't try to upsell me - if anything I asked him if there's a big difference between the two systems I was interested in and he said they're both great just warranty difference. A lot of others vendors tried to sell me on a non salt based water conditioner (more expensive too), and i inquired about that and Carlos was honest and said based off his experience many people does not like it after getting it installed and salt is probably the most efficient & people are generally happy with it. Great price and service for a tankless water heater and water softener install. Somewhat tricky arrangement with installing a pipe from the water main line in the front through the attic, to the side of the yard. They rerouted gas line to the water heater. Also installed the drain pipe from attic to the front yard as well. They took electrical from inside the house to add one to the outside for both units. I had Fina installed a new soft water system back in August 2025. Carlos was able to figure out my main water line when 2 other companies quoted my higher saying they need to re-pipe along the exterior walls and that I need to install my soft water unit outside the house. Carlos was able to figure out that it can be installed inside the garage. Carlos's crew came on time and installed the soft water system. They also did a re-route of my refrigeration line using pex above the kitchen ceiling as a separate job. One hiccup was that a few months later when the refrigeration line was connected after the kitchen ceiling has been sealed and painted, there was a water leak inside the ceiling. I called Carlos and he was quick to check the leak after a couple of days. He opened up the ceiling area minimally and used a camera to check and spot the leak area. His crew fixed the leak immediately. The soft water system is holding up and everything is going good so far. We had a water heater replacement and water softener installation through Fina. Great team and service. We did a quick facetime with Carlos to confirm where the water softener will be installed and his team arrived within the week. Karla was especially helpful in answering questions and walking us through the process. She went above and beyond during the installation to ensure it was done properly. We have a raised foundation and she had no issues navigating under and through it to make sure the soft water remained separate from our lawn water to ensure that our plants stay healthy (soft water without additives is not great for plants in general). The installation went well despite running into issues that were unexpected from both parties. We needed to larger water heater shed and the team was happy to go out to Lowes and pick one up for us and install it (it would have been difficult for us to do this ourselves since we don't have a truck).
