I was a little iffy to be honest for the lack of reviews, which tend to be skewed since most people tend review when there's an issue. So the bumper needed to be replaced on my black 2016 Camry with an OEM one which came out to $100 cheaper than a bigger known repair shop. I can't comment on them REPAIRING as they REPLACED the bumper, but all I have to say they did an amazing job on the paint matching! A lot of the times you can tell that a car got their bumper repainted since it has a slightly different hue upon observation, but this place color matched PERFECTLY. There's blue glitter in the black paint in the sun and they were even able to get that in the paint as well -- incredible. I even attached photos where you can even see for it yourself. Although the rear end collision was an inconvenience to me, I'm happy that I know that I have a place where I can bring it to now. Thank you so much on the great job Vittorio's!

He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well. Nick, helped right from the start (I knew what I was looking for) and he was able to help make sure the tires I needed were the right ones for my SUV. He commented that he could try to get them for me same day but I planned to come a few days later, Nick stated he'd have them ready for me when I came to the shop. When I arrived for installation, I was taken right away and assured it would only be around 30 minutes. I was directed to pay (use cash to avoid the 3% credit fee) and by the time I was done, my tires were already off and being swapped out. I didn't notice a waiting area (it was a bit cold out but tolerable) but in honesty, it wasn't really needed as I basically blinked and my new tires were on and I was being told that I was ready to go. Overall, every single person I interacted with was absolutely amazing. From talking to Nick to get the right tire and have all my questions answered, to the man directing me to the correct bay to pull my car in, to the cashier (slightly hard to hear with all the noise but ok), to the two men who installed my new tires, I was incredibly impressed! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! We have brought three cars to Artie's over the past 3-4 years and each and every time the work was perfect. The cars drove and looked brand new. Artie was professional and courteous and interfaced with both the insurance company and the rental car company so we didn't have to deal with that hassle. Every time, the work was within the detailed scope and the cars were ready ahead of the estimated due date. We had a small issue with…read morethe car that needed some welding on the frame (the front end had to be removed), and I think the welding job was done very well. My issue is with everything else. The original estimate went up significantly, and the car was delivered in awful condition and with complete disregard. It was dirty and dusty inside and out, the engine wasn't running properly and had to be fixed, the cooling system had air in it, and the hood wasn't aligned correctly. We only complained about the hood alignment, but Tom was well aware of all the other issues. We tried to work with him to get the hood aligned, and it was a nightmare. You feel like you're not welcome there, and even after a second attempt, we walked away with the hood still not aligned -- now we'll just deal with it ourselves. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone because of the carelessness, and I honestly regret trusting them.

After a recent accident, my dad's car was towed to a different auto body shop in the area. Upon "inspection" that shop determined that the vehicle should be totaled. We contacted Bobby at Star Car, who had the vehicle towed to his shop the following day for a second opinion. Bobby determined that the vehicle was not totaled and was able to repair my Dad's car cost effectively. Not only did he repair the vehicle, while he was driving the car to realign it, he noticed that the breaks were pulling and took it upon himself to further inspect it. He determined that both caliber's on the front wheels were frozen and repaired them, making the vehicle completely safe. All this to say, Bobby and the entire staff at Star Car consistently go above and beyond. I've always been happy with their work, but this time especially, it's clear that their priority is with the customer, ensuring your vehicle is repaired safely and properly. Thank you Bobby!

Instead, I was left without a car for 5 weeks. Eventually, she let it slip that the owner of the car dealership owned the auto body repair shop. This place is crooked and I would not trust their estimates, either in terms of money or how long the repairs will take. Also, my car now has a vile smell, despite me saying several times I did not want it to be polished. Every time I step into my car I now get a bad headache. It's the icing on top of the cake.
