A Korean inspired bakery including Palisades Park that serves decadent desserts , bubble teas and baked goods. A beautiful variety that s self serve. Loved their mango cake.

Of all the bakeries on Broad Ave, this place stands out for the selection and variety, and the ones we've tried so far put Artisan close to the top of our all-time faves. The egg salad sandwich is something many other bakeries in the area carry, but we picked Artisan's because it had identifiable ingredients like lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes. What we didn't anticipate was bacon. I could do without and think the sandwich would be better without the bacon. What's with the Dubai in the Dubai cookie? And this tiny concoction cost $7. My verdict is that it's 'inside out' structure (crushed nuts inside, chewy layer outside) and the texture are mildly interesting, but ultimately underwhelming. The pumpkin fresh cream bun was a winner for its unmistakable flavour in the filling. The 'bread ball' is exactly what I had expected and gets an easy thumbs up from me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like that they don't blast music and it's not blindingly bright like some other bakeries.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of seating, so maybe one of these days we'll hang.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I hope they continue to improve and serve delicious goodies.

Their iced Americano is $5.50 for nothing but water. Outrageously over-priced. It had barely a thin hint of coffee... Utterly disappointed. Starbucks is way better for even better price. At least they serve real Mccoy coffee that doesn't betray your expectation.

Another Korean bakery at Palisades Park right at the very busy Broad Avenue Other anything they have a promotion of 50% off the selection of pastry after 9 pm. Whatever is left there !!! A great deal !!! Grab the sandwich (if any left) and a whole tray of pastry. People are standing in a long line even before 9 pm with their preferred bread.

I liked their sweet potato cake--super cute and tasted like a milk cake. Wasn't too sweet and super aesthetic! The black sesame latte was bad--literally just black sesame and watery milk. Nice staff overall.

Huge place, lots of food and drink and bread options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Typical Korean cafe but it got super loud with all the other customers there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will come back to try some of their other breads!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a cute and spacious Korean bakery in Pal Park![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I loved their Christmas-themed strawberry cream cake, it was a family fan favorite. I just wished the sponge was a bit softer on the inside.

It's competitive in the bakery business in fort lee/palisades park and this place has some unique products. [[HIGHLIGHT]]good variety of products and spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] tried the mocha, blueberry cream, and chestnut loaf breads. the chestnut and mocha cream (wheat type bread with a mocha cream in the middle) breads are unique, but some might find the bread a little chewy. chestnut filling is tasty but on the chunky side. chestnuts are also in the blueberry cream bread.

Actually my favorite bakery on Broad Ave and it's adjacent to a restaurant that's pretty good as well. Every time I come here I get a different bakery item since I feel like there's always a new one every time I come back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute large new cafe in palpark with reasonable prices, a large selection of pastries and cakes, and you can see them making them in the kitchen in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We only got to try the black sesame mochi donut and we also got a chocolate strawberry cake for a friend's birthday. Both were nice and moist and not too sweet. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area. Eyeing some of the pastries and chestnut bread.

I stopped in with a friend to this beautiful new café to grab a coffee while we waited for friends to meet. The pastries looked amazing but we couldn't finish them on our own so we got a few to split and eat over the next couple of days. We went with the Mont Blanc which was huge, the size of my hand standing up; sweet potato bread and an almond croissant. All were incredibly delicious and very well made. Prices were very reasonable for quality.

TLDR: Lots of great treats, sweet eats. After 7:00pm, there may be a 25% discount on some pastries, but it is SUPER confusing on which those are. Staff are present but may be flustered if you ask... If management is reading, highly recommend relabeling so that it is clear as "Korean" pastries was not correct, since some "Korean" labeled ones did not qualify. - - - - - - Artisan Boulanger is such a nice place to get some delicious and uniquely designed pastries. I had their one of their Nutella cube cakes, and I really wasn't sure what to expect. For starters, I'm not a huge fan of Nutella or chocolate, but it was really calling to me. As a dessert for one, it was a tad on the heavier side for sure - recommend splitting with someone! The Nutella cube cake was super sweet - no surprise. Outside of pastries, they also have smooth gelato, though if you're not in the mood for a soft dessert, there a ton of other options (eg macarons, pastries, etc.) hence my choice of the Nutella Cube Cake. Another perk is that after 7:00pm, they have a 25% discount on select "Korean" pastries. However, it is quite confusing what actually qualifies - so much so that even the staff were frustrated when I tried to ask about individual items. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outside of the labeling hiccup, though, the cafe was quite relaxing and spacious to sit in after a stroll from Palisades Park.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Whether to or from Fort Lee / Palisades Park, Artisan Boulanger is a good pit stop to rejuvenate.

Matcha toast with mon blanc was good. Staff were friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to find the entrance.

We wanted the 3 Chinese zodiac animals incorporated into the cake, and she executed it in an amazing fashion (she hadn't done it before for her clients). Erika's professionalism shone through, as she not only crafted a stunning cake but also provided instructions on caring for it until the right moment--an above-and-beyond touch in my extremely humble opinion. We were so impressed that we returned to her for our baby's 1-year birthday (a significant occasion in Asian culture), and once again, she exceeded our expectations! My wife and I never had a single criticism of her work; it was always just "wow, this cake is perfect and how the heck did she do this." Erika is incredibly talented, professional, and personable. I highly, highly recommend choosing her for your special occasions. The taste matches the impeccable appearance, and I'm 100% certain we'll be turning to her for all our future cake (and cupcake, we haven't tested it out yet) needs!

I went to my friend's b-day party last year and saw the cake by Peory L'atelier for the first time. I am neither a cake lover nor sweet tooth, so I am not interested to have cake at all. However, how can I not try to have a piece of cake while the appearance of cake is so gorgeous and fancy?! My friend told me the flower on the cake is also handmade EDIBLE BUTTERCREME, not fresh flowers. Before I tried a bite, I did not have any expectation about the flavor because I assumed it may be too sweet and buttery. But it was neither too sweet nor buttery. It was just perfectly and enoughly flavorful and mellow. I started to order cakes from here to celebrate special events, so my beloved ones also can try what I have experienced. They reply very fast once I submit the application and they also deliver occasionally depends on the date/time and location which is great! If you have not tried this cake, if you are not sweet tooth but want to have some cake, if you are a sweet tooth but want to try mellow and flavorful cake, and if you want to make celebration or your day more special, this cake is the one.

This version was filled with whipped cream ( as others are with French or custard cremes. ) Always a safe bet when you need good bake shop goods. I made my first visit to Cheongsu, a super homey Korean cafe featuring drinks, pastries, and desserts. Given the weather, I went with their strawberry matcha bingsu. I would say Service is pretty nonexistent as you order on the counter and you see yourself with no waitressing. The cashier lady was also pretty rude and not accomodating to my request (make my drinks less sweet) so they lose a store for that. Atmosphere is cute and vibes are great, definitely has modern and traditional Korean vibes. However, I would not say that this is like a traditional tea house? Having been to A LOT of tea houses in Korea, their menu and concept is definitely far from what a traditional teahouse is like. For instance, a traditional teahouse would have assorted rice, cakes and traditional, Korean desserts, however, I feel like this place used modern French pastries, and put a Korean twist on them, which I would say is not very Korean in reality. Baked goods were OK. It tasted stale. Losing a star for that as well.
