A well spoken customer service associate answered all of my questions and even remembered my name. Upon our arrival we were offered delicious coffee while we shopped. The three brothers who are sons of the founders were personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The Rolex we found is so beautiful with diamonds and gold accents. We were ecstatic because in today's market where a nice Rolex is hard to find! The shop owners took the time to explain how to care for the watch and what to expect as an owner. So since I live around the corner from this jeweler, I decided to bring them in! Well, I was silly for not shopping around! I left them, the owner said they would be ready in a week and they would charge $12 an inch! The next day I called Heitel Jewelers in downtown Venice! A little late, but thought I'd ask how much they charge. $3 an inch and it would take a month! So I didn't need the pearls right away I called Triton to cancel the order! They had them done in a day and a half so no cancelling now! They had them done so fast so I could not change my mind! They also asked if I wanted to pay for the work before it was even done! No!? They are charging 4 times more than other jewelers! I find this outrageous and unfair! Never again will I come into this store to get ripped off!
