The worst service we have ever received! We dropped off my wedding band to have a stone replaced and were told 3 to 5 days. On day 5 I received a text starting they had ordered the wrong size diamond and it would be another 3 to 5 days. I was without my ring for more than two weeks. I then needed a stone for my engagement ring I brought it in they measured it and said they would let me know when it arrived. I texted to inquire about it because no one ever answers the phone and was told it was not in yet and they would let me know when it was. I inquired again 5 days later and via text was told it was never even ordered and I'd need to come back in to have it measured again. I did so and was told when it came in they would contact me and would not charge me for the setting just the stone and would have it back to me in 2 to 3 days. I text in three days to see if it was ready and was told the jeweler was on vacation and would not even be back for 10 days! I went in to get my ring back and the young man was as unapologetic as he has been the entire time! This was disgraceful! I'm from a family business and I would never represent my family this way! No sir it was not in anyway outside of your normal procedure to order a stone for a ring not left with you! And you were totally fine with it. You were to notify me when it arrived and 10 days later when I followed ip your employee LIED stating it had been ordered and I would be noticed when it was received! I'm happy to post the text message acknowledging that fact! I did YOU a favor giving you one more chance to fix your multiple errors in handling this and AGAIN you blew it! You stated you would have my ring back to me in 2 to 3 days then when I inquired as usual because no one ever followed up I was told my ETA was 10 days! I have that text as well! You are stuck with a stone because your staff is completely incompetent! I wanted to do business with you! Your response is just another representation of your poor character! read more

Ware's Jewlery not only saved Christmas but made the day of my engagement absolutely perfect. It was a beautiful morning. During the chilly Christmas Eve sunrise my fiancé proposed. It was perfect but when he tried to put the ring on my finger we realized we had ran into a small hitch: much like the grinches heart, my ring was 2 sizes too small. It was Christmas Eve, I'm engaged, and I can't wear my ring. After forcing it on (don't do this!) and my finger began to turn a light shade of purple, we began to franticly search jewelry stores to see if it was even possible to have it resized. I was quickly losing hope. We decided to go to Ware's Jewelry and I tried not to get ahead of myself remembering that it was Christmas Eve and they were closing early. How could they possibly make it work. They were the kindest people I could have asked for. I told them what happened and without hesitation they responded "of course, it's Christmas Eve! You need your ring!" They also very kindly let me know that I had traumatized my finger and needed ice to get the swelling down. They would size it the best they could but I may need a resize after the swelling. A quick measure and approximation later and they asked me to return in an hour assuring me that they would do their best and not to worry. A hour later, we returned and the ring had been sized beautifully. It slid on easily and now I had my ring for Christmas! Now that it's on, I don't plan on taking it off! They were so kind, efficient, and professional. You can't even tell that it was resized and now that the swelling has gone down I can see that it's a truly perfect fit. We will absolutely be coming back. At this point I will trust no one else and I can't imagine going anywhere else. He took his ring to Ware's, he was told it would take a week to get it back. He was disappointed because he wanted it for our anniversary in two days. Went in to have two Rolexes sized and one Rolex crown repaired. The two women's were taken care of immediately by removing one link each. Price was $30. A little high but to be expected. The men's watch with the bad crown was to be repaired. The lady stated that it would be done with a generic (not Rolex) part and would cost $130. She wrote on the receipt that I stated that it was an imitation Rolex. (I did not) A week later I called for an update and was told that it would be an additional 7-10 weeks because they had to order parts. I checked and could get genuine or copycat crowns in three days. So I decided to pick it up and get it repaired elsewhere. When I got there another customer was talking to the same lady and a young man helped me. When he asked why I was getting it before it was repaired I said that an additional 7-10 weeks was not acceptable. The lady I originally talked to said that they were backed up and that was why the delay. No matter what reason three strikes: Writing something as my comment that I did not say, Not calling me when there was a delay, having an 8-11 week turn around for a simple crown replacement. read more
