Monica was amazing at asking questions about my style and helping direct me to a section that might fit my style the best (and it did!). They would offer to hold things for me if I ever found something I was considering so I didn't have to hold it while browsing (very helpful since my tray and orchid were both a handful). It helped me keep my hands free to continue looking.
