I had limited time so I ordered to go. The staff were extremely friendly, super helpful to explain the menu since it was my first time. And the food came pretty quickly. One of the things that I noticed that was different it was package. Typical locations just put the items within the to go container. Kitanda staff took it a step further and put it in a bag inside the container for extra protection. I didn't drop it but I was thinking if for whatever reason I would've done so, my food inside will still be edible. The place is simple but welcoming. I can't wait to try other items on the menu!

The staff was super friendly, and the café had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that would be perfect for getting some work done or catching up with a friend. One thing that makes XO even more unique is that there's also a tattoo studio inside. From what I saw, appointments are required, but I thought it was such a cool concept and added to the overall vibe of the space. I'll definitely be back because there are still so many drinks on the menu I want to try. It's more a soda with espresso than an actual coffee. It's not my type of drink but it is different and unique. I think I will opt for a more normally coffee drink next time.
