After waiting more than 1.5 hours, I called to check the status and found out that my order had not even been prepared. I don't know who I spoke with on the phone, but instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told that I could simply cancel my order. What frustrated me most was the explanation I received: "Sorry, this app doesn't work well." The representative showed little interest in solving the problem. Apparently, the app worked perfectly when it charged my credit card, but when it came to processing and delivering my order, suddenly the app was the issue. Delays can happen, but customers should be informed instead of being left waiting with no updates. I still didn't receive my order after two hours. The customer service was awful, and the lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. This used to be one of my favorite places, but unfortunately, the quality of service seems to be getting worse.

Tastes were fine, too. Nothing out of the world, but certainly comparable to the others. Dude behind the counter was super nice to answer any questions I had for any items. Compared to competitors, I found a few interesting items that I hadn't found elsewhere, then there were some typical items missing. I guess it balances out. I went in early this morning, before 7am, to pick up some paczkis, their awesome cinnamon raisin bread and my dad's favorite, the Swedish Flat. And we weren't disappointed. So the front counter space is big. Their inside space to wait is, I believe, a little bit bigger compared to their old location. They still have their shelving in there with kolaczkis, assorted breads and pre-boxed paczkis. They are still getting everything together from their move and they didn't have a lot of pazckis available, which is ok because we aren't at Fat Tuesday yet amd last year you could place an order for them online. But their customer service is great as usual, and customers leave with smiles on their faces. I asked one of the employees there how have the longtime customers taken to the new building and she said so far it's been a mix. I love the new place and can't wait to see how they perform when they are all don't acclimating to their new home. Also, they have a awesome looking espresso machine but it isn't up and running when I was there. Thanks for being able to replace my hole in my heart when our local bakery closed a ling time ago.

I was told that the bread was being moved to the front and that someone would assist me there. While I waited, two other groups entered after me. They heard the same information and ended up being helped before I was, despite the employees knowing that I had been waiting first. I politely asked twice for assistance and was told to continue waiting while the other groups were served. What made the situation more frustrating was that the customers ahead of me were taking a long time deciding what they wanted. I had already put on a plastic glove and was prepared to select my own bread, but I was told that wasn't necessary because an employee would help me. While waiting, I witnessed one of the teenagers from a group point directly at the bread, and another teenager pushed their hand into it. This happened in front of the employees, and no one addressed the situation or reminded them not to touch the food. As someone who was trying to follow proper sanitation practices, I found this very concerning. Not only did this happened once but 2,3 times infront of them. Yet nothing was addressed. After being ignored, waiting while others were served ahead of me, and seeing unsanitary behavior go unaddressed, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I was disappointed by both the customer service and the lack of attention to food handling standards.
