Tastes were fine, too. Nothing out of the world, but certainly comparable to the others. Dude behind the counter was super nice to answer any questions I had for any items. Compared to competitors, I found a few interesting items that I hadn't found elsewhere, then there were some typical items missing. I guess it balances out. All in all, it was a good experience and tasty Japanese pastries. I'd try them again fo sho.

TLJ is international & have also eaten at locations outside the US. For me they have a great selection @ a reasonable price & availability @ numerous locations both nationally & internationally. They still have their shelving in there with kolaczkis, assorted breads and pre-boxed paczkis. They are still getting everything together from their move and they didn't have a lot of pazckis available, which is ok because we aren't at Fat Tuesday yet amd last year you could place an order for them online. But their customer service is great as usual, and customers leave with smiles on their faces. I asked one of the employees there how have the longtime customers taken to the new building and she said so far it's been a mix. I love the new place and can't wait to see how they perform when they are all don't acclimating to their new home. Also, they have a awesome looking espresso machine but it isn't up and running when I was there. Thanks for being able to replace my hole in my heart when our local bakery closed a ling time ago.

(Sorry - I didn't take any pictures this time.) Since you select your pastries from display cases, we didn't have to wait for them. For our drinks, there was only a short wait - surprising since they were so crowded. Everything was delicious. When the location is full it can get pretty loud. We stayed for about 90 minutes and the place cleared out some by the time we left. The noise level dropped as people left. Tous Les Jours is very consistent across locations. This was our first visit to the Glenview store and we were very pleased.
