Nail services are by appointment only (text her, it's the best way to get in touch with her and schedule an appointment as she doesn't answer her phone if she's with a client). During your appointment you can expect dedicated time to you and only you. Care is taken and she never rushes. I've always found my visits very relaxing and I can focus on myself for the moment. There's a great selection of nail and gel polishes. I'm a huge fan of her selection of glitters, metallics, and nude colors. Sometimes I feel like matting and others, high gloss - Rossy has got it all. Parking can be a bit tough if your appointment is around 9a or 10-ish because of other businesses, so prepare in advance to get there early. Staff here is always so friendly and welcoming. Also very efficient! The salon is clean too, and they now offer beverages for purchase while you get your services done. I had been going to Tony and Twan for a couple of years and stopped once life took over.. but I missed seeing them! I make my appointments using the Yelp app for The Beauty Room in Mililani's website. I like that Ada has her own room off to the side of the row of recliners ( more privacy) but today I could hear someone's high heels clacking back and forth during my entire session. There was also oldies music playing in the background that I recognized. You have your eyes shut the entire time after your eyes have tape applied. Today Ada finished in about 43 minutes which is super fast. This was not a retouch but a full new set applied. Ada is very pretty and gentle with a light touch. First time I noticed her fingers weren't cold during the service. Very glad I was in and out so quickly. You're not supposed to get your lashes wet for 5 hours. I was prepared with a Tokidoki hat, umbrella and windbreaker in my tote. Darn Kona Low Storm wasn't going to ruin my new set of lashes. Friday the 13 th for sure with wind, rain and power outages as I write this review in the dark. Take care, keep safe, dry and warm.
