They used a 2 step deep conditioner without even asking me if I wanted it, and charged me for all the products: $40 for the product she used that day, $30 for the following step, and $28 for a leave-in conditioner. She didn't ask me if I wanted it, she just told me to take them all home. I also got a trim which was $75. Paying that much for a minimal difference (nobody I encountered noticed a difference, including my family) didn't sit right with me and after talking to friends/ family, I knew I was CLEARLY ripped off.
