Artistic Arbor Gardens finished up about 30 minutes ago. They did an amazing job. They completed all the tasks on the proposal. Everything looks so refreshed and vital. I have a large back yard with multiple citrus and fruit trees with bushes that are several feet high that wrap around to hide the fencing. The estimate was not the cheapest, but the quality of work is outstanding. This was my second time using AAG and I will continue to do so in the future. JOB WELL DONE! read more

Had gotten quote to trim up 40 year old 30' tall canary island palm and also just-in-case estimate for removal. Beautiful palm with great sentimental value. Sadly discovered palm had likely been infected with South American Palm Weevil. Decided to go ahead with removal. Kelly was great with follow-up questions and Bonnie cheefully handled the paperwork. The crew came in with boom and skillfully removed the palm despite tight conditions (wires, fence and surrounding plants). They took care to minimize damage to nearby plants and cleaned up our yard and neighbor's yard afterwards. Great job! read more

We have two canary date palms, 10 mexican hat palm trees, a massive yucca, plus others and Artistic Arbor Gardens did an incredible job! Funny that this place has multiple profiles. Make sure you check the other one out. I've notified yelp too. Probably to hide the bad reviews. I could tell you that they are rude, unprofessional, and litigious ... because they are. But you can read for yourself all the one star reviews. Or you could head over to the other Yelp page and see the owners awful responses. Look, my job was hard....really hard. BUT they signed up for it. They quoted me a day rate and did not work a full day. Which again as I stated in my other review wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't leave debris and trash everywhere. She says her workers started my job at 5:45am but didn't arrive to my home until almost 8. She says I'm responsible to pay for their commute. If that was the case, why in my right mind would I hire a company that is located over an hour away??? She says that the workers knocked on my door multiple times for questions? Maybe? And if they did, we just didn't hear the knock. We have three young kids and both work full time, on work calls all day. We also walked the job twice, including the day they arrived. If they REALLY needed us why didn't they call or ask us anything before they left at 3PM? And even after all that, it still wasn't completed correctly. And here's the deal! I was over it! I was going to just let it be water under the bridge and let it go....until she sent me text telling me she was going to lien my home! She will say I didn't pay my bill. But it was paid within a week of invoice. PS the invoice had no payment terms on it. If it was due that day, why didn't she text me and ask me to pay? I would have! And when she did reminded me of payment that was when she was supposedly at the records office filing a lien. Wow. After 6.5 days. Listen I get that she needed to be paid but a nice text asking would have gone a whole lot farther than her threats. I'm sure "melissa" will respond to this with a rude reply and say my review doesn't matter and that they are women owned, been in business for 752 years and then she will be condescending and say how beautiful my home is and good luck! First off, guess what! I'm a woman too! And I work hard my ass off and still treat my customers with respect. And thank you! I so love my home. We also own our own business and it is shocking how different we are. Maybe that's why melissa and sarah are so in need of that money? Maybe it's because they can't retain customers based on rude manners? I'm sure she will debate that one too! There is a very strong story thread here in these 1 star reviews. Lots of mentions on just how bad the customer service is over and over. Read for yourself! And melissa, customers do matter. That is who pays your bills! I very rarely (if ever) leave reviews...check my profile. I'm just so sick of the lack of ethics, manners and just plain human decency in this world sometimes. Not sure how this business is getting such high rating. I contacted them after seeing such ratings. They came by and gave me the quote for the tree and stump removal. the quote for the job was $1200. On the day of the service they came by and cut the trees and informed me that the grinder for stump removal is not available, the workers left after asking to contact the office. After calling them I got a text saying the grinder was broken it would be repaired at a later day. Further, about the pavers, concrete and pool around the tree stump, actual quote from text I received "damage, almost always occurs". None of this was mentioned at the initial quote. After this they charged my credit card without my authorization after giving me a "discount" of $300. I have had to pay another contractor $600 to complete the job, also they broke the sprinkler the first time they came, they asked me to read the terms and conditions, according to the text I received "they are not responsible for any irrigation damage". I will be contacting the credit card company to dispute this. Stay away from this company read more

The two oak trees in our back yard were gnarled, twisted, cross-limbed and full of dead branches. There was also an old melaleuca tree in bad shape and a stump that needed to be removed. We called a number of contractors, some worth considering, some that did not return our calls, some that were not convincing, and some that asked for outrageous fees. And then there was Artistic Arbor Gardens. Arborist Kelly Sherman came promptly with good advice and a good proposal. The team led by Jason and Pedro arrived on schedule and transformed the oak trees into light and airy beings that accent the landscape "artistically." They removed the melaleuca and the stump without a trace and left our back yard cleaner than when they arrived. When we asked them to thin and balance the oaks somewhat more, they came back willingly and took care of this to our satisfaction.
