I had a broken leg. I went in there in the wheelchair to get my polish changed on my feet. It was $28 and the girl tried to charge me $95 thank God I had somebody with me and they fixed the charge. Today I went for my first pedicure because I usually get just a polish change, I called and asked how much it would be they said $33. When I got there, they said gel so it's $48. I don't know the prices cause I never got a pedicure. When the girl finish, she said $70! I would never have got it if I knew it was going to be that much money. All the girls there are so shady and I will not return again.

I normally get a gel pedicure, but today I was getting a regular pedicure so when I called let the woman who answered the phone know that I had a gel pedicure that was done by Courtney and since it was done at this facility, there should be no charge and she confirmed- no charge. I arrived picked a color sat in the chair. Courtney informed me there would be a $5 to remove the gel polish she put on my nails at my last pedicure. I explained that I asked in advance when I booked, and it was confirmed - no fee. The owner came over and said confirmed a $5 fee and the woman that had answered the phone denied she had confirmed there would be no removal fee. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire situation. Bad business. Bad customer service. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and I did not get a pedicure. I will not be returning. I've gotten manicures all over the country. Lived in lots of different cities. Nowhere charges you to take takeoff gel polish that was applied in the house.
