Have been coming here for a few years Because it's convenient. Must finally warn anyone thinking of giving them your business better think again. This is the most rude,money hungry, dishonorable salon I and dozens & dozens of others have experienced. They do a horrible job & blame it on the costumer. They step on your freshly pedicured toes and ruin the manicure, then won't apologize. They yell at you the customer. Just say SORRY & fix it! I have told them I am allergic to acrylic And they go right into using it and say it isn't acrylic. They threaten people after they up the price. Downright disgusting! Should be put out of business! I've been coming to this place for almost 6 months now. I was in need of a quick manicure when I came here first and I had my nephew with me. The staff was so friendly and made jokes and kept my nephew entertained the entire time! The manicure was so focused on detailed, I've never had a better manicure. Ever! The next time I came back I had a different tech and he was just as polite and amazing as the first! I had a pedicure and a manicure this time and I was just so pleased again! I've never needed or wanted to go to another place! The staff is so polite. Always smiling! They are all so focused on details and making the entire process from start to finish perfect! The guy that I went to laid the acrylic wonderfully. However the new paint job was awful. When they went to go fix it, they made it even worse. All the nails bubbled. The entire time they ignore the customer and talk to each other, which is fine but if you're going to have a conversation you should include your customer in that conversation instead of ignoring them. If you're getting your nails done for special event or occasion where they have to look nice I don't recommend going here. I'm going to have to repaint my nails when I get home. read more

I am so upset I came in for Fills and the guy took most of my nails off. I said that's fine and I agreed to pay for the repairs. He asked me if I wanted gel's and white tips, and I said no thank you. I like clear tips and I'd pay for a French manicure. He asked me if I was an "idiot" and if "this was the first time I was getting my nails done," in front of my child. I am the costumer and Instead of sending me to another nail tech because he was being unprofessional and lazy, he put me down so that he wouldn't have to do my nails. I got up and left the salon in tears. After saying I had to leave because it was taking them too long, they charged me $10 for partially removing my previous gel manicure. They did horrible job, they weren't clear with the prices. First they told me it was $40 for gel and tips, and my sister got the same exact thing as me and for some reason she was charged $45. I asked them to explain me why she was being charged more than me and they weren't clear at all. They just kept contradicting themselves. My nails were horrible, full of bubbles and uneven. I'm a bit leery of strip mall nail places, but the good reviews (for manicures at least) encouraged me to try House of Nails for a pedicure. Perhaps I was just unlucky on my first try, but I got a very unmotivated nail lady who cut my nails lopsided, and didn't do my cuticles, so every time I look at my big toes they are lopsided on the top and the bottom. Even though it was cheap, this is probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. I gave her 25% tip, my normal, it's all I had brought with me, and then she stopped cold in her tracks, like she wanted to go back and do over. Sorry that I couldn't recommend this place, and am confused that others could. Does not meet basic standards at all. read more

I took off my engagement ring and set it on table for massage. When I got up to pay, It was gone. No one was at station beside nail tech. The tech said he saw me put it in my purse, which was a lie. I would never put a ring worth thousands in bottom of my purse. I called the police. read more

I am from out of state, and I was desperate for a quick full set of acrylics. I was very hasty to get my nails done here because I checked the reviews here before hand and they didn't have many stars, but i went ahead and risked it anyways. The service was not great, and the place seemed very unclean. I was nervous at first on how my nails would turn out, but in the end they did exactly what i asked for so i was very happy. The paint job is alittle rough around the edges but other than that the end result was great. It's a decent place if you are in need of an emergency. I think as long as you ask for a simple nail shape and a simple nail color i think this place is a good fit. I just wish the people were more welcoming and it was cleaner. read more
