We hardly ever get to Wahiawa to walk around and this was one of those Saturdays where we wanted to explore, My friend is sooo into vintage Aloha Shirts and they had a good selection at decent prices. He ended up purchasing two at $20 each, both were in great condition and not the "run of the mill" stuff. We did have a great chat wtih the very personable owner who gave us a tour of the building which was purchased by their non-profit. We were very impressed with the apartments behind the store front where many of the volunteers are housed along with their facilities for homeless. They had restrooms and showers that the homeless could use (they were timed entry) along with a pantry where food was distributed. They also had classrooms including an art and dance room to get troubled younger people interested and out of the streets. It's great to know you are helping a good cause when you are shopping!

They assured me my pickup was scheduled between 1-5pm. No call from the driver so I called the office back at 4pm. They again assured me my pickup would be before 5pm (after the driver finished his lunch break). 5pm came and went, called the office again and AGAIN was assured the furniture would be picked up by 5:15p or 530p. Not one call from the driver, they ware a no show. Called the office back at 545p, tried three times and no one answered. I miss working with Roger and his Colortyme team in Wahiawa before the consolidation. Everything has gone downhill since Rent-A-Center took over.

There was a big crack in the wood that was sooo obvious, that the mirror was uneven. I immediately told the worker and he notified his manager. Everything was all set up, so I asked if I could just get a new mirror. The manager made it seem like the process wouldn't take long. Fast forward it's been almost a year, and no mirror. Also no updates. I call asking for updates and the manager just says, "we're unsure of when it will be coming in". Like I see them selling the same set over and over and they don't accommodate my purchase or give me a credit or refund... I'm basically paying full price for a broken product that I don't even have. They ripped me off. Also, once I missed a payment by TWO days and they showed up to my door demanding a payment but can't contact higher management about my mirror..... *side eye

You cannot just put anything together and expect the same results as a professional level staging that pulls the eye and attention in the right places. Sheri's inventory is tasteful and modern. Most importantly their attention to detail is unparalleled. I will give a brief example. We took a listing that was previously on the market for 6-8 months with no offers. It was staged and photographed, however we saw room from improvement as this was a higher end listing and the staging seemed basic for the area. We hired Sheri to re-stage and took new photos, and had it under contract in less than 2 weeks! We highly recommend investing in their services and are firm believers that it has helped sell our listings at a higher price and faster.

Came across this stand alone kiosk at Pearlridge Center Uptown. It's near the food court, Starbucks…read moreand Jamba Juice on the main level. What caught my eye were the photos on wood blocks. Cool idea! You can send them photos from your phone. If you have an iPhone, all you need to do is airdrop it to them. It took a short time for them to download and mount it on a block. There are different sizes and shapes with prices ranging from $29 for a small to $199 for the largest size. There was a special going -buy two and get one free! We chose a small rectangle and the finished product turned out very nice! The edges are pine and the sides are sanded to a smooth finish. What we may though do is stain the wood part as I think it would be prettier. The person helping us was super helpful and friendly too. We definitely are coming back to do more photos as gifts.
