That's like the 5th time or even more times, I've gotten that same exact same question from mostly Wahines, either from Hawai'i, & or @Hawaiian Airlines (while boarding our flight, from Stewardesses) & in Vegas & also all the way from, WDW = (Walt Disney World), one of the Happiest Places in the World :). So, since I've always forgot the name of this SHOP!!, Brain Fart moment (lol!) which I now know it's called, "Crafts Way!", in Aiea, I can NOW share this info to any Local Wahine, Stranger or whomever will ask me about MY, Aloha "Tiare flower w/Tahitian Pearl", & be on my merry way, as I can now respond about, where did you get your Pretty Flower (it's a fake Tiare!) lol from, etc, & I can proudly reply & say, it's from, "Crafts Way" in Aiea, where it's located right in the back side of *Cutter Ford*, again in Aiea, on *Hekaha St.*, this place is not hard to find @all!! As long as your familiar where the Aiea area is, & you see *Cutter Ford*, on the far right.....&* here is *Crafts Way* Address below 98-015 Kamehameha Hwy, Aiea, HI 96701, you have pretty much almost reached your Destination here, to "Crafts Way!" :), that'll be on the right side, on Hekaha St. Got lots of prkg here for this Store, U can prkg right in front of the Store too!! Getting back to "Crafts Way", my main thing I enjoy about this Store, is basically their pretty "Tiare Flower" w/the Tahitian Pearl, that's my all time Favorite Flower from here, & also their pretty, "Puakenikeni" flowers, & they are all *fake flowers* lol. Keep in mind, these flowers do come in mini Sizes also, to where you can put them in your ka'a, In the A/C vent area, & or where ever your heart desires to place them!! I like keeping an extra of my "Tiares" in my ka'a, becuz I do leave our hale sometimes without my fave "Tiare", get a lil bummed (Lol!), but knowing that I'll have an Extra in my ka'a, etc, then I can use my backup "Tiare" right from my ka'a & I'm a Happy Camper for the rest of my day/evening, yayyyyy!!! Lol! These "Tiare w/Tahitian Pearl" usually costs, $4.00-$5.00 for one Flower, depending which Sz. You may choose, where I don't like the really Nui =(Big) ones, I enjoy a more Med. SZ. "Tiare". The last time I was Shopping here, right before our last trip to the 9th Isle (10/6/2025), when I went into this Store, I couldn't find any of the "Tiares" that I liked, but not too Worry, becuz the Wahine @the Register told me, I can make them for you, so I told her that's So Cool, I browsed more around the Store, as she was putting together my "Tiares w/Tahitian Pearls together, I bought like 5 or 6, becuz I like sharing some with my Sister Randi :), as we both enjoy wearing our "Tiare" flowers daily!! It's also Cute, to put any flower, right on top of a "Makana" as well!!! You'll also find here, a very much wide Variety of range of Hawaiian Flowers here, (their all fake) lol, from Puamelias, Tiares, *fake hakus*, just keep in mind, their are a lot of flowers you will find here in this "Crafts Way!" Store, including plastic Hawaiian Leis too!! Five Stars from me, knowing I can always come back here for my, "Tiare w/Tahitian Pearl" Stick Flowers, & buy as much as I want, in the Future.... Haha! I grew up going here all the time and all I remember is how my mom used to buy flowers in bulk for me, my siblings and cousins because we were all in a dance group. She'd make our outfits and she'd make the flower bouquet for our hairs. There's a variety of selection to choose from and as of late they put the flowers in the containers and label with the price and type of style which I find very neat. This is a great place to get faux flowers and one of my favorite things is that they have $1 flowers so go crazy, why not? Lol I bought a bunch of flowers for my best friend who moved away a couple years ago as part of her care package with all her favorite goodies The service could be better but I believe there's only two people who are in the store working and one works on orders as the other works on the register. Rude! I tried ordering flowers online for my wedding and no one replied after a few days. When I called they didn't know what order I was calling for. Once they found it they asked for more time to determine what was available. After texting me with less than half of my order, they asked if I wanted to add to it. So I created another order to substitute flowers and again, they had less than half of the order. When requesting flowers out of the 2 orders I wanted, they rudely replied back that I needed to take everything in my 2 orders or just cancel. At this point, I'm done. They had just about every color of plumerias including glittery ones, gardenias, pikake, hibiscus and the last 2 puakenikeni which I bought. I primarily came here with a diy project in mind, Disney Mickey ears. They can be used as hair accessories, decor, you name it, and they offer customized lei or lei po'o. The workers seemed to be jamming in the back room behind the register, with one worker at the cash register. There wasn't any workers on the floor, so once there was no line, I asked if they had more puakenikeni flowers which she confirmed they didn't. Bummers. I've been frequenting this shopping area a lot and was quite surprised to find this gem of a store. I can imagine how busy they are in the months prior to graduation season. I had the intention this would be a craft store, especially one that could provide materials to craft a lei. The name of the business is misleading as it's strictly artificial flowers and leis. Don't visit with the intention you could gather materials for typical arts and crafts. I was hoping to find lei needles, twine, raffia, ribbon, yarn, but none of that was available. Being born and raised on the island, I found the items that were being sold were overcharged as well. In addition, they require a minimum of $10 purchase for debit and credit cards. I used to shop at their Ward Warehouse location, but it closed down. I only buy artificial flowers for my hair from this company because their flowers look just like the real flowers. I've gotten so many compliments! The moment I walked into this store, I was warmly greeted by a sweet salesperson. I couldn't believe all the beautiful artificial flowers they had in this store. They had plumerias, tiares, hibiscus flowers and other tropical flowers for your hair, leis, flowers for crafts and arrangements, floral jewelry and so many other things. I really wanted a specific tiare for my hair, but they were out of it. Another salesperson heard me and she asked if I would be willing to wait while they made me some. I've been shopping at Crafts Way for years now. I can't even remember how I found the place, but I'm so glad that I did. I love walking in there and always finding something that I want to buy, wear, and love! I recently visited, about a week ago. Haven't been to their shop since before the Covid craziness. But I am so happy that they're making it, and are still up and running when so many small business here in Hawaii are struggling. So when I got there, and after months of not shopping, I enjoyed going through everything they had, and picking out my favorites to buy this time around. There are so many varieties of flowers, styles, and colors to choose from; all very beautiful and very hard to make up your mind. Everything is organized and nicely labeled with clear pricing. By the way, did I mention that their pricing is also amazing and very affordable? I even got my mother in law going a little crazy in there this time around. I can't wait for my next visit there, which will be a little closer to Christmas! :) Their products make beautiful gifts, and it's also something special to send to Mainland family and friends, or to take back as souvenirs if you're just visiting. I have come here a few times now to shop for faux flowers and lei. My goddaughter loves Hawaii so we like to send her flower clips. At first I was going to buy singles, but then I came across the bagged sets of multiples. I picked up one of them with the assorted colored plumerias. Their family recently visited so I visited Crafts Way again to see if I could come up with a "haku lei" type situation. I picked up one with elastic with greens and pink spider lilies. It was missing something so I added a few flower clips to the front and it was perfect. She wore it to the luau and loved it! I also picked up a yellow carnation and tube rose lei for her brother. In my experience, the staff here will leave you alone to look around unless you look like you need help. Crafts Way is faux flowers galore! I came here from a friend's recommendation to find some nice flower hair clips for work and future interviews. This place was a little hard to find for a townie like me, it's the left turn after Best Buy in Aiea/Pearl City. The store is on your right hand side after you enter the parking lot ahead. If you're looking for already arranged flower hair clips, they have an array of those in all shapes, sizes, and colors. They range from about $7 to $50. The store has shelves of loose flowers you can purchase or create your own arrangement piece. I could easily spend an hour just checking everything out. All sales are final. If you are an airline employee with an AOA badge, you can get 15% off purchases for showing it! I'm not the first person in the world to jump up to put flowers in my hair....which is "strongly suggested" at my work but not mandatory. Actually, to be honest, when it comes to me, I'm generally a "plain jane" and I usually just rubber band my hair or leave it down. In any case, I was talked to about putting flowers in my hair so I decided to come to the this store to check out the options and possibly purchase a couple. I ended up buying 4 items. Upon walking in, my first thought was an overwhelming, uh, where do I start? Everyone asked me if they could be of assistance but I thanked them and just started to browse. I think I walked around there for at least 20 minutes. I found single flowers, flowers on clips, bunches, loose flowers, headband's with flowers. I also learned that if you find something you like but it's not QUITE what you are looking for they can make a custom order. I didn't really get into that too much as I was very happy with the flowers that I did find. I left with 4 items, a single hibiscus on a clip, a headband with flowers on it, and 2 other larger clips with flowers. Because I'm not too well versed in the flower names, I can't really give more of a description...However, I know that I liked the colors and I will start wearing these on a regular basis for work. Bendy was awesome with assisting me in finding what I wanted and even went into back stock to check for more items for me.
