Stay away from this company- they are not worth your time- here's my story- I had a toilet back up last month- my wife calls a hydrojetting company (roto rooter?) anyway we paid them $500 for the hydrojetting - we still had the issue 3 weeks later and then we called the pump company to get the septic tanks empty- they did it and we still had a blockage- they sent their partner company Art Hydrojetting and the guy just came and said he was here to hydrojet and has no info - calls his office multiple times- makes some videos to show how clean it is now ( btw it was clean before he even got there) anyway he leaves and acknowledges that he was not able to fix the issues- and can't do anything inside the toilet as it was some procedural and insurance issue- I told him that as he's not done anything I should be paying them minimum visit fee and nothing more- I received a text and bill for $550 - so thinking it's an error I text the owner stating the issue of inaccuracy and then the owner called me today and after threatening me and abusing me - I decided to just pay him as he wanted to see me as he knew where I lived- I was initially infuriated and then realized it's a toilet flush company- it is what it is- by the way- Kurt Kohler fixed it in 10 mins and no stress even helped me out with the mess they had created at a fraction of the cost- you should always research lessons learned- just not a happy experience. Make sure you get everything in writing before contracting with this business. He came over and inspected our lawn's drainage system and quoted us $2000 to fix it. His guys said it was completed but my back yard still floods. They only fixed half of the problem! He came back and had the nerve to say that fixing the other problem was not included in the $2000. If he doesn't give you a written contract DO NOT use him!!! read more

Art's crew, including Art, showed up early and ready to work! Three guys in total. For the $495 fee, you get 2 hours of their time. They were done in about 45 minutes, showed me the area they blasted through on the camera to confirm and were merrily on their way. Problem solved, pipes look great and we're happy! They are nice guys that can save you money in the long run in repiping or lining, or cleaning prior to lining - we were relieved to see that the pipe was ok after fearing the pipe may have collapsed or was cracked. We used this company to Hydro-jet our front lawn. His crew was very knowledgeable and they put a camera down and marked the front lawn in several problem areas with paint. We paid them $460.00 when they were finished. However, Art, as the business owner is VERY unprofessional. I had to call Art to ask for a bill as I need one to submit to the city for partial reimbursement. He sent me one that stated verbatim "Jet area drains from the back of the house towered the street remove roots and dirt after we jet we test all the lines system working fine at this time." I again called Art (several times) and stated that the information on the bill was totally incorrect as his crew marked the areas on the lawn where the lines were completely clogged and did not drain. He said what he wrote on the bill was what his crew told him. I said that was not possible and to please contact his crew for the correct information. To date, I have not received a corrected bill so I was unable to submit it for reimbursement. read more
