It was a pretty important one because it came from a character in a play that he performed in. My mother-in-law asked me what I thought we could use to temporarily fix it for the evening, so my search for super glue began. We didn't really have enough time to drive far to a store, so I ran down to the Aldi in the same shopping center, but there was nothing useful there. Then to the 7 eleven on the corner. Nope. Walking back, dejected, I thought maybe that nail salon would have something I could buy. I poked my head in, like a middle aged straight guy who's never considered going into a nail salon. They could see it on my face. "Yep, this guys having a day." After explaining the situation, she said "we don't sell items individual items, only services." That's when she did something unexpected. She reached behind the counter and cut open a little vile of nail glue. "Here it's on the house. Just try not to get any on your skin" I ran back to the restaurant and fixed the figurine. These people are genuine saints. Although I have never had my nails done at all, I thought about going back and getting a manicure just to show my appreciation. Needless to say I hope good karma comes their way for their generosity.

It is very basic. But not bad. I typically prefer when someone is very attentive to cutting my nails, cuticles, and taking care of any extra skin or nail attempting to become ingrown. But for what I absolutely needed today, this worked well.

I had been looking for a good nail salon and have never been before and decided to go in. I was immediately welcomed in and I asked did they have time do my nails. They said yes. A told the nice little lady this was my first time and I did not really know what I wanted. She placed several nail color swatches in front of me and I selected the color I wanted. She asked did I want to try the dip? And of course I said ok because I did not know what nail stuff was. She was very gentle , asked me what length I wanted and through out the whole process she kept asking me did the shape look ok. It did. Then another little lady came by and brought my husband and I a bottle of water . What a nice gesture! There was. TV mounted in the wall behind the lady and had gentle, soothing music playing and serene images on the TV. It was so relaxing in there I wanted to fall asleep. She finished in about 45 minutes. She oiled my fingers and then put lotion on both my hands and then began massaging my hands and fingers! Bones were a popping and cracking and I looked at her and we both burst out in crazy laughter because I told her that I was not expecting that! She asked did it hurt? I said, no, keep going and we could not stop laughing. My nails look so beautiful ! Everyone was so sweet and professional! Thank you so much T. I thought they did a great job…read morewith the manicures and pedicures for both of us, they didn't even rush hers just because it was a kids combo. They offered us drinks and we had a nice time admiring the decor. They had a lot of colors to chose from. I don't know the brand of the one I went with, it wasn't OPI, but the cooor was pretty, it just didn't last more than a couple days before it started to crack and chip. If I went back I'd make sure to bring my own or use the brands I know.

I made an appt today here at 4pm and got Annie. I showed her what I wanted (dip rounded almond nude with a thin french tip, and she NAILED it (no pun intended). She also saw that I came in with chrome on my last set and asked if I wanted the same on these - she showed me how it would look first, since chrome costs more to add - and it was actually so gorgeous. She took the time to be detailed oriented and precise. I literally thanked her for seeming to CARE about her workmanship. Prices were reasonable and I kinda like that they close a little earlier (6pm on Saturdays) because I know the staff is there all day. Will def be back!

I was also charged for a "shape" and I did not request a special shape. I paid cash so got a "15%" discount but they always round up as well. Original $45 for short dip nails with "15%" off and charged me $39. I don't mind the .75 but they did it every single time. I always tip as well and this is not great customer service. This salon is never really busy and it really shows why. The manager/owner does not care about customer care.
