They exceeded my expectations. I ended up walking normally without pain and walking as much as I wanted and I could have walked even more than I did. Their work did not stop with walking. I casually mentioned to them that I did not have full range of motion in my shoulders because of adhesive capsulitis. Other PT groups, I told them, had said they had done all they could. When I mentioned this to Dr. Huang, with whom I was working at the time, she said she could do more. After sessions with her, she gave me a long pole to lift up and back, something I found impossible for years. This time I lifted my arms straight up and, as I lay on the bed, I held the pole all the way and flat on the bed above my head. I now stand straight, taller, and with more flexibility than ever. I have been fortunate to work with both Dr. Lin and Dr. Huang. They are kind and caring individuals and their office staff is a delight to work with. Dr. Lin's and Dr. Huang's methods are challenging. After my sessions with them that consisted of forty-five minutes of hell, however, I walked out of their office feeling as if I were 17 years old. Before my first session I intended to just give it a try one time to see how it went. I felt unbelievably better and did not stop coming back.
